Описание

Абхазия — не только живописная, но и очень ароматная и «вкусная» страна! Вместе мы посетим несколько фермерств и заглянем в гости к абхазам: вы поймете, как здесь выращивают сочные плоды и ароматный чай, как заготавливают чачу, как коптят мясо и собирают мед. Обязательно все это попробуем, а в завершение посетим ресторан с красивым видом и полюбуемся панорамой Гагры.

Что вас ожидает

Главное в нашем путешествии — это вкусовые ощущения, но и без интересных рассказов не обойдется! По дороге к локациям я расскажу об истории, традициях и местном быте. Поделюсь информацией для вашего комфортного отдыха — куда лучше поехать, что посмотреть и что выбрать. А во время остановок вас ждут:

  • Абхазский чай — вы продегустируете согревающий напиток, узнаете, как его выращивают, и услышите о том, что сейчас стало с этой отраслью.
  • Вино и чача — в гостеприимном доме абхаза, в ароматном саду мы посмотрим, как растут фейхоа, мандарины, киви и множество других фруктов. И конечно, вам предложат несколько видов вин и знаменитую чачу, «лекарство от всех болезней», — дегустацию дополнят рассказы о его производстве и о том, какое вино предпочитают сами абхазы.
  • Сыры и мясо — затем вы попробуете фермерские продукты: копченые сыры сулугуни и мясо; узнаете, что такое сыр дубового копчения и как коптят эти продукты.
  • Абхазский мёд — самая сладкая локация на маршруте! Помимо знакомства с бортничеством и местной продукцией, при желании вы сможете прокатиться на тарзанке через реку Бзыбь.

После мы заедем в ресторан абхазской кухни; рекомендую выбрать наше основное национальное блюдо — мамалыгу (я расскажу, как ее есть). Пока вы ждете заказ, полюбуетесь прекрасным видом на реку и ущелье. И красивый финал — потрясающая панорама Гагры со смотровой площадки на горе Мамзышьха: по пути к ней вас ждут рассказы о курорте, принце Ольденбургском и эвкалиптах!

  • Экскурсия рекомендуется для тех, кто впервые в Абхазии
  • Экскурсия начинается на границе с Абхазией (КПП Псоу). За доплату возможен трансфер из Адлера (+ 3500 ₽ оттуда и обратно), из Сочи (+ 5500 ₽ оттуда и обратно), из Красной Поляны (+ 5500 ₽ оттуда и обратно)

Пересечение границы

  • Перед выездом в Абхазию стоит проверить возможные задолженности через службу судебных приставов
  • Для пересечения границы взрослым потребуется паспорт РФ, детям до 14 лет необходимо предъявлять один из документов: загранпаспорт; свидетельство о рождении с отметкой о гражданстве РФ или свидетельство о приобретении гражданства; паспорт родителя — гражданина РФ, с указанием информации о детях. Выезд ребёнка возможен в присутствии одного из родителей либо по нотариальной доверенности

Недавно мы побывали на удивительном гастротуре по Абхазии, и это был один из самых ярких и запоминающихся дней нашего путешествия! Хочется поделиться впечатлениями и выразить огромную благодарность нашему экскурсоводу Владимиру, который сделал эту поездку поистине незабываемой. С самого начала нас покорила его искренняя любовь к своей родине. Он коренной абхазец, и это чувствовалось в каждом его слове, в каждом рассказе. Его глубокие знания о культуре, истории и традициях Абхазии, а также его умение передать эту любовь нам, сделали экскурсию не просто познавательной, а по-настоящему душевной. Маршрут был продуман до мелочей: чайная плантация дала нам возможность погрузиться в атмосферу уюта и узнать о традициях чаеводства в Абхазии, на винодельне нам рассказали о тонкостях местного производства и угостили изысканными винами, а так же дали возможность самостоятельно собрать и попробовать мандарины в саду (для жителей Сибири, которые никогда вживую не видели как растут известные всем фрукты это было безумно увлекательно), потом посетили сыроварню, где узнали секреты приготовления традиционных абхазских сыров и смогли продегустировать свежайшие продукты. На медовой пасеке мы насладились натуральным мёдом, а так же узнали как его правильно есть и как проверить его качество. Но это было не только гастрономическое путешествие! Наш гид показал нам потрясающие виды на Гагру, которые захватывали дух, дали возможность почувствовать энергетику этого места и сделать много отличных фотографий. Отдельно хочется отметить профессионализм и доброжелательность Владимира. Он был внимателен к каждому участнику группы, отвечал на все вопросы с энтузиазмом и всегда находил время, чтобы поделиться интересными историями. Хочется добавить ещё одну важную деталь, которая сделала наш гастротур ещё более уникальным и аутентичным. В отличие от стандартных туристических маршрутов, где покупки обычно совершаются на рынках или в сувенирных лавках, наш экскурсовод повёз нас туда, где продукты покупают сами местные жители — в настоящие абхазские деревни. Это был совершенно другой опыт! Мы смогли увидеть, как живут абхазцы, пообщаться с ними и купить продукты напрямую у производителей. Сыр, мёд, чай, вино — всё это было не только свежим и натуральным, но и наполненным теплом и душевностью местных жителей. Мы чувствовали, что каждый продукт, который мы приобрели, был сделан с любовью и заботой. Если вы хотите почувствовать себя не туристом, а гостем в этой удивительной стране, прочувствовать её вкусы, ароматы и дух, то этот гастротур — идеальный выбор. Впервые побывал за границей. Сложно утверждать, что Абхазия кудьтурно далека от России, так как была в составе СССР. Народ этой республики очень своеобразен. Большинство городов расположено у берега моря и разделены по 7 районам. Об этом я узнал от нашего гида, экскурсовода Батала. Интересное имя уникальное для нашей страны. Человек он очень душевный, умеет заинтересовать рассказами, подмечает места, которые проезжаем и останавливается около интересующих нас или рекомендуемых им. Мужчина с большим опытом работы(заметно по его профессионализму). Мы были в замечательных местах, пробовали горный дикий мёд , разные способы заготовки чая одного сорта, побывали на дегустации вин и копчений. Дорога не была сильно утомительной , так как было интересно слушать и следить за Баталом.

У меня был юбилей и мы с подругами остались очень и очень довольны . Гастротур превзошел все наши ожидания, вкуснейший чай, винодельня Жоры это просто пушка -фотографии отражают наше настроение , наелись сыров, мяса, рыбки горячего копчения.
