Полуторачасовая прогулка — комфортный и всесезонный вариант для нашего ветреного города, а экскурсия по двум аутентичным улицам — удобный для перемещения маршрут и возможность полноценно познакомиться с реалиями «кармана России». Осматривая старинные здания, вы представите быт купцов и простых работяг, а еще откроете тайны соляной аферы и даже пройдете по следам Льюиса Кэрролла.

Объемный взгляд на прошлое
Рождественская улица часто входит в исторические маршруты по городу, это нижегородский «бизнес-центр» 19 века и образцовые декорации для рассказов о купечестве. А вот Кожевенная, где обитали босяки, грузчики и нищие, незаслуженно забыта, хотя здесь немало памятников старины и поводов вспомнить громкие имена. Я объединила эти две улицы, чтобы показать разные грани прошлой жизни Нижнего и открыть кое-какие малоизвестные факты о нем.

Старый Нижний в деталях
На прогулке вспомним героический подвиг самого известного нижегородца — Козьмы Минина. Я расскажу подноготную района Миллионка. Покажу, в каких домах располагались ночлежки, трактиры и приюты. Как власть имущие и купцы помогали беднякам в прошлые века. Вы также увидите реализованный общественный проект Максима Горького. Выясните, где останавливались Льюис Кэрролл и Астольф де Кюстин. Отыщете следы пребывания российских императоров. А еще раскроете тайны соляной аферы и некоторые секреты Рождественской улицы.

В нашей программе: ночлежные дома Бугрова и Брылина, памятник Минину и Пожарскому, памятник Петру I, здание соляной биржи, банки (Николаевский общественный, Русский торгово-промышленный и Волжско-камский банк). Первый торговый пассаж в провинции (Блиновский) и Строгановская церковь.

Чудесная прогулка с гидом Татьяной. Занимательное повествование об истории улиц Рождественская и Кожевенная, как части истории Нижнего Новгорода. Нам было интересно и приятно совершить этот променад, глубже погружаясь в становление Нижнего, жизнь горожан. Благодарим Татьяну!
