Описание

Гордые балкарцы знают толк в кулинарии. Лучший способ убедиться в этом — отправиться в гости к местным высоко в горы! Сочные хычины с сыром, горячий шашлык из баранины, молочные пирожки лакумы, чай из горных трав: вы попробуете культуру Балкарии на вкус и откроете гастрономические секреты. Кроме того, в программе Чегемские водопады, Город мертвых и захватывающие смотровые.

Что вас ожидает

Пейзажи, истории и легенды края
Аппетит надо нагулять, поэтому день начнется с достопримечательностей. В пути вы будете любоваться видами Чегемского ущелья, а я — рассказывать об истории и современности края. В нашем маршруте остановки у Чегемских водопадов, горной реки и развалин древнего городища с «греческой лестницей», а также в легендарном Городе мертвых Эльтюбю.

В этой части путешествия вы узнаете о скифах и аланах, о средневековых вторжениях, Кавказской войне и цели вермахта в этом регионе. О быте и традициях местных народов раньше и сейчас.

Кавказ на тарелке
Нас ждут в гости в аутентичном доме в горном ауле. Хозяева откроют вам рецепты хычин, традиционных «блинов» балкарцев. Вы поучаствуете в приготовлении этого блюда, разберетесь в его разных видах, узнаете о целительном балхаме и, конечно, попробуете ароматные горячие хычины с сыром. Праздник живота продолжится в уютном кафе возле камина или в беседке на улице с видом на горы. Здесь подают отменный шашлык из баранины и травяной чай с лакумами, пышками по-кабардински.

Были на экскурсии в 8 апреля 2025 года. Алексей сразу в переписке предупредил, что сами провести экскурсию не сможет, гидом у нас была очаровательная девушка Елена на красном внедорожнике. Она много чего интересного нам рассказала и показала во время долгого переезда по чегемскому ущелью. По пути остановились, посмотрели водопады, купили сувениры. Затем посмотрели Эльтюбю. С мастер-классом там сначала что-то незаладилось, как нам объяснили, то кафе, где обычно это бывает, не смогло нас принять по каким-то причинам. Но организаторы оперативно договорились с другим кафе, и пусть в несколько укороченном варианте, но нам и показали, как готовить, и дали самим попробовать это сделать, и накормили нашими хычинами с ароматным хашем. А еще по пути нам показали место, где родился народный поэт Кайсын Шуваевич Кулиев - там же находится посвященный его творчеству музей "Книга в камне". В общем, туром мы очень довольны, даже дочке-подростку все понравилось. Однозначно, рекомендуем.

Поездка была организована на высшем уровне. Гид Валерий, которого предоставил нам Алексей, очень интересно провел нас по всем запланированным местам, при этом обеспечив нам высокий уровень комфорта, начиная от самой машины, заканчивая такими необходимыми для туриста вещами как вода, зарядка для телефона, салфетки, конфетки. Однозначно рекомендую
