Не секрет, что в туристической части Стамбула сложно отыскать достойную турецкую кухню по адекватной цене. Мы, жители города, знаем самые сокровенные места, скрытые от глаз туристов, и я поведу вас именно туда. На прогулке я научу любить анисовую настойку ракы, расскажу, какую рыбу турок не станет есть, и покажу идеальный десерт к кофе. А на память вы получите гайд по проверенным кафе и ресторанам для самостоятельной прогулки.

Что вас ожидает

Знакомство с районом Кадыкёй
Мы встретимся на пристани Кадыкёй. И для начала я представлю вас друг другу. В путь! Мы поговорим о древнем городе Халкидон, стоявшим здесь когда-то. Погуляем по узким и ярким улочкам и заглянем в церкви, оставшиеся на память от старого города. А еще я проведу вас по базару, где вы сможете купить местные сладости, специи и оливки.

Гастрономические радости
Ну, пришло время и познакомиться с местной едой. Я покажу места «для своих», но будьте готовы к знакомству с настоящей турецкой едой.
Что будем делать и пробовать:

  • Научу вас кайфовать от ракы. И не нужно говорить, что напиток на вкус как анисовые капли :)
  • Непременно подберем мезе по вашему вкусу. После этого, считай, вы уже свой: ведь у каждого турка есть собственные любимые мезе.
  • Мы поговорим о рыбе и о том, когда ее лучше есть — ведь некоторые морепродукты турки не станут есть не в сезон.
  • Может, вы захотите посетить один из лучших винных ресторанов, расположенный в Кадыкёй?
  • Любители мяса, вы здесь? Я не дам вам заскучать, будьте уверены. Ведь кебаб — это не просто название. Это культура, это жизнь.

Очень советуем эту экскурсию с Аделей! Ходили на экскурсию с мужем, нам очень понравилось, все было интересно и очень вкусно. Интересно было послушать про жизнь в Стамбуле, привычки местных жителей, что едят дома, а за чем ходят в заведения, как определить уровень турецкого ресторана. Время пролетело совсем незаметно:)

Прошу прощения за опоздание с отзывом- экскурсия была в начале мая. Мы очень довольны прогулкой с Аделей, узнали и попробовали много нового, открыли для себя турецкие супы, научились правильно употреблять ракы, получился очень вкусный и сытный день. Экскурсия очень понравилась. Отличный и знающий гид Аделя👍 Провела по классным улочкам, рассказала о жизни и быте местных. Показала интересные магазины, что стоит покупать, на что обратить внимание. Ну и конечно же кафе и рестораны! Попробовали традиционные блюда: все очень вкусно. И отдельный бонус - незабываемый десерт! Встреча проходит легко и непринужденно. Познавательно и вкусно!!!
