Это было отличное путешествие! Заур отвёз нас в дом Давида в горном посёлке , где на встретили добродушные хозяева. К нашему приезду уже был накрыт стол с разными домашними вкусностями. Осталось только приготовить хачапури и хинкали, что мы и сделали под руководством хозяйки. Пока наши блюда готовились, мы приступили к обеду за домашним столом с домашним вином и вкуснейшим домашним компотом. Обстановка реально как дома. Мы чувствовали себя давними друзьями этого дома. Спасибо огромное за дружбу! Да будет Мир во всем Мире!

Мастер-класс и настоящее грузинское застолье
Из Батуми мы отправимся в живописную горную деревню, где в уютном частном доме с мандариновым садом живет дружная семья Давида. Вы научитесь делать аджарский хачапури «Лодочка» с молодым сыром, раскроете особенности теста для хинкали и другие секреты традиционной грузинской кухни. А затем сядете за один большой стол с хозяевами и поймете, что такое быть гостем в Грузии!

Все было супер! По дороге рассказали местность города, еда была вкусная, познакомились с традициями Грузии и её особенностями. Погуляли по двору, посмотрели свежие фрукты, даже подарили лимон :) Всем советую! Хинкали и хачапури вышли вкусными!

Нам очень понравилось. Атмосфера настоящего доброго и тёплого грузинского дома, хозяйка которого терпеливо учила нас правильно делать хачапури и хинкали. А потом было вкуснейшее застолье со щедрым многообразием национальных блюд, домашнего вина, чачи и мудрыми грузинскими тостами. Включая те самые хачапури и хинкали, которые мы лепили. А то, что мы не смогли осилить (ибо человек не может столько съесть!))), нам упаковали с собой, да ещё и фруктов дали из собственного сада. В общем, атмосфера была совершенно домашняя. Мы под сильнейшим впечатлением. Очень рекомендуем!

Прекрасный организатор. Хочется сказать огромное спасибо Давиду и его семье за организацию! По пути на точку нас остановили возле деревьев с хурмой. На самом мастер классе сделали под чутким руководством Марии свои первые хачапури и хинкали, которые потом совместно уплетали. Несколько часов в доме с Давидом и складывается ощущение, что это ваш дальний родственник, к которому вы просто приехали в гости. Домашнее вино/шашлык/сациви/нарезки/хачапури/хинкали/салатов, а так же много добра, смеха и историй.
