Описание

Фабрика Алафузова — бывшее предприятие, ныне покрытое граффити. Здесь полным-полно спрятанных закоулков и атмосферных закутков, а в местных помещениях ежегодно проводят фестиваль стрит-арта. На экскурсии вы познакомитесь с историей промышленного района дореволюционной Казани и откроете самое андеграундное место в городе.

Что вас ожидает

Экскурсия включает рассказ об империи купцов Алафузовых. В 19 веке Иван Алафузов реорганизовал убыточный завод в целый промышленный район с собственной больницей, школой, библиотекой и театром, а пристань завода с фамилией Алафузовых было видно за много километров. Поговорим о крупнейшем текстильном предприятии Поволжья и попробуем представить, как выглядела здесь жизнь и быт в позапрошлом столетии.

От старинного «культурного слоя» перейдём к современности — гуляя по заброшенным цехам и фабричным лабиринтам, вы увидите, как их преобразовали во множество креативных локаций. Я расскажу о мероприятиях, которые здесь проходят, и познакомлю с самыми интересными образцами стрит-арта.

Ключевые точки маршрута: управляющая контора 19 века, бюст купца-миллионщика Алафузова, галереи уличного искусства под открытым небом.

В тёплое время года мы поднимемся на крышу производственного корпуса, с которой, вы увидите непарадную Казань с нового необычного ракурса. Промышленный район 19 века и старое русло реки Казанки предстанут отсюда во всей красе.
