Описание

В одной из исторических областей Южного Дагестана в мини-группе вы посетите знаменитый 30-метровый водопад, откроете живописные пейзажи зеленых ландшафтов и узнаете о редких местных растениях. А в горном табасаранском селе гостеприимные хозяева проведут для вас мастер-классы по традиционной выпечке и ковроткачеству в древней технике, после чего пригласят на домашний обед из лучших блюд региона.

Что вас ожидает

Хучнинский, он же Ханагский водопад
Первую часть программы полностью посвятим природе. В окрестностях Хучни вы побываете у «танцующего» водопада с двумя народными именами — по названию села и реки. Познакомитесь с впечатляющей флорой региона. А по пути услышите историю Дагестана и самого Табасарана. В тёплое время года можно искупаться как в бассейне водопада, так и в горных реках вокруг него.

Легендарная крепость
Далее мы увидим овеянную легендами крепость Семи братьев и одной сестры. А так же полюбуемся долиной и селом Хучни со смотровой площадки.

Душевные мастер-классы в горном селе
Затем мы отвезём вас в сельский дом с зеленым садом и видом на горы. Вас пригласят поучаствовать в выпечке южнодагестанского чуду (в разных регионах Дагестана это блюдо немножко отличается). А пока пироги будут в печи, вы пройдёте мастер-класс по плетению ковров, которыми столетиями славится край. Табасаранские ковры 18-20 веков хранятся во многих музеях мира и в частных коллекциях, с ними работают мировые бренды, а на аукционах изделия продаются за баснословные суммы. Вы прикоснётесь к древней традиции и попробуете себя в новом увлекательном ремесле.

Домашний обед по-дагестански
Завершится программа уютным обедом, который для вас приготовит хозяйка дома, настоящий гурман и мастер своего дела. Вы попробуете блюда, которыми гордится гостеприимный Южный Дагестан. На «скатерти-самобранке» будут чуду с мясом/тыквой, каша из полбы, домашний сыр и кефир, свежие лепешки из тандыра и золотистые гогалы, закуска из фасоли с орехами, соленья, ягодный компот, фрукты, а ещё чай с чабрецом, варенье 2-3 видов, кусковой молочный сахар, который варит мама хозяйки… И всё это — за душевными беседами в теплой компании.

Сразу хочу сказать - была не экскурсия, а сопровождение шофера, который просто возил , историю Табасарана так и не услышали , как и историю Дагестана, не хватило эмоций влюбиться в Дагестан ! Эдик нам понравился как человек, приятный, с чувством юмора, но не гид со знаниями . Все остальное норм, дом с хозяином очень понравился ! Чуду чудесные , бозбаш, жаль не отведали домашнего сахара, но там была причина ! Есть над чем работать ! Не надо халявно так относиться , поверьте нам есть с чем сравнить.

Остались самые приятные впечатления от экскурсии! Гид увлекательно и доступно рассказывал о каждом объекте. Мы увидели все ключевые места. Особенно понравилась атмосфера: чувствовалась любовь гида к своему делу и городу. Время пролетело незаметно, узнали много нового и получили массу положительных эмоций.
