Описание

Земля Тре — так издавна именовали Кольский полуостров. Сейчас это название закрепилось за Терским берегом Белого моря. Здесь живут и чтут традиции потомки поморов — мореходов, рыбаков и охотников. С уважением, любовью к родному дому, добрым отношением к нашим гостям с этими традициями познакомим вас мы — мама и дочь, авторы и исполнительницы этой программы.

Что вас ожидает

Тёплый вечер в семье поморов
Приглашаем в наш старый сельский дом с домоткаными половиками на деревянных полах и русской печью. Вас встретит Большуха (так у поморов называют старшую женщину в семье), усадит за стол и угостит ароматным чаем с местными травами — без чаепития разговоры и дела в наших краях не начинаются!

Жёнка-поморка проведёт для вас мастер-класс по изготовлению козули — традиционного местного оберега с 800-летней историей (козулю вы заберёте с собой на память о визите). А в это время Большуха раскатает тесто на пироги и при вас испечёт их в русской печи (кулебяки с рыбкой из Белого моря да сдобу с начинкой из ягод, которые сами в наших лесах собрали). Под истории края, сказки, забавы и песни народные вы с пылу с жару пирогов-то и отведаете!

У нас в гостях — как у любимых родственников. И мы будем очень рады встрече с вами в нашем радушном доме.

Организационные детали

  • Вечёрка проводится в старинном поморском селе Умбе. До места гости добираются самостоятельно.
  • Расстояние от Мурманска — 350 км, от Кандалакши — 100 км. Добраться можно рейсовым автобусом, маршрутным или индивидуальным такси. При необходимости мы организуем трансфер — расписание и стоимость уточняйте, пожалуйста, в переписке к заказу.
  • За дополнительную плату возможна дегустация с последующим приобретением местных деликатесов (варенье из лесных ягод, рыба), также будут представлены наши местные сувениры.

Вечерка началась с того, что нас встретила Оля в поморском национальном костюме, что придало этому особый колорит, и повела в старинный сельский дом с русской печью и домоткаными половиками, где встретила нас Большуха - мама Ольги, тоже в национальной одежде. Оля замечательно провела мастер-класс по изготовлению козули - местного оберега. Под ее руководством каждый из нас вылепил из заранее приготовленного ржаного теста фигурки домашних животных. Все проходило очень весело с рассказами о традициях и истории края, сказками. В это время Большуха испекла в русской печи пироги с рыбой, ягодами и капустой. И после окончания мастер - класса угостили нас пирогами и чаем с местными травами. Было очень вкусно. В завершение вечера Оля исполнила народную поморскую песню, что окончательно погрузило нас в атмосферу этого края. Вечер был настолько душевным, казалось, что мы давно знаем друг друга. Нас встречали и угощали как родных. Очень радует, что потомки поморов чтут традиции этого удивительного края. Спасибо огромное Оле и ее маме за создание такой вечерки, их талант и профессионализм. Советуем всем обязательно провести теплый вечер в семье поморов.

Невероятно душевное и вкусное мероприятие! Дегустация пирожков приготовленных большухой порадовала разнообразием: с капусткой, с солёными волнушечками, с нежной горбушей, с брусникой и даже калитки с картошечкой! Каждый — словно произведение кулинарного искусства с идеальным тестом и начинкой. А какой же ароматный чай из молодых сосновых шишек и чашелистиков морошки! Мастер-класс по козулям стал настоящим открытием! Под чутким руководством мастера мы погрузились в традиции. Каждый создал свою фигурку (даже две). Ощутили себя настоящими творцами! Все мероприятие сопровождалось интересным рассказом о быте поморов, их традициях. Мы послушали красивую песню, послушали интересные сказки! Отдельно хочу отметить теплую атмосферу, гостеприимность организаторов и море позитива. Рекомендую всем, кто ценит ручную работу, гастрономические удовольствия и любит узнавать новое!
