Описание

Гордые балкарцы знают толк в кулинарии. Лучший способ убедиться в этом — отправиться в гости к местным высоко в горы! Сочные хычины с сыром, горячий шашлык из баранины, молочные пирожки лакумы, чай из горных трав: вы попробуете культуру Балкарии на вкус и откроете гастрономические секреты. Кроме того, в программе Чегемские водопады, Город мертвых и захватывающие смотровые.

Что вас ожидает

Пейзажи, истории и легенды края
Аппетит надо нагулять, поэтому день начнется с достопримечательностей. В пути вы будете любоваться видами Чегемского ущелья, а я — рассказывать об истории и современности края. В нашем маршруте остановки у Чегемских водопадов, горной реки и развалин древнего городища с «греческой лестницей», а также в легендарном Городе мертвых Эльтюбю.

В этой части путешествия вы узнаете о скифах и аланах, о средневековых вторжениях, Кавказской войне и цели вермахта в этом регионе. О быте и традициях местных народов раньше и сейчас.

Кавказ на тарелке
Нас ждут в гости в аутентичном доме в горном ауле. Хозяева откроют вам рецепты хычин, традиционных «блинов» балкарцев. Вы поучаствуете в приготовлении этого блюда, разберетесь в его разных видах, узнаете о целительном балхаме и, конечно, попробуете ароматные горячие хычины с сыром. Праздник живота продолжится в уютном кафе возле камина или в беседке на улице с видом на горы. Здесь подают отменный шашлык из баранины и травяной чай с лакумами, пышками по-кабардински.

Поездка стала настоящим открытием и источником незабываемых впечатлений! Удобный транспорт, грамотный, внимательный, вежливый, знающий каждый уголок гид Алексей(спасибо большое за эмоции)- огромный плюс! С первых минут, как увидел эти величественные горы и потоки воды, ниспадающие с горных вершин, у меня перехватило дыхание. Природа здесь просто потрясающая, создаёт поистине магическую атмосферу. Особенно впечатлила возможность подойти к водопадам совсем близко и почувствовать мощь падающей воды. Звук бурлящей воды и свежий горный воздух зарядили меня энергией и позитивом на целый год вперёд! Погрузиться полностью в мир гор способствовал мастер-класс по изготовлению традиционных хычинов и обалденный обед от хозяюшки Земфиры! Безумно интересно и вкусно! Гостеприимство Кавказа однозначно стоит ощутить на себе! Невероятные виды и потрясающие фотографии, которые удалось сделать, будут напоминать об этом удивительном месте ещё долго. Эти места, которые должен посетить каждый, кто хочет прикоснуться к красоте и величию природы. Однозначно рекомендую эту поездку всем, кто ищет новые впечатления и хочет увидеть настоящее величие природы!

Невероятная красота Кабардино-Балкарии, чистый горный воздух, интересный рассказчик - это как раз то, что нам надо было! Вкусные хычины приготовили у нас на глазах! Были у Голубого озера, в Мертвом городе и на Чегемских водопадах! Отлично!👍🏻 Благодарим.

Великолепно провели день. Кирилл замечательный рассказчик, образованный и обаятельный. Мастер-класс по приготовлению очень понравился, все угощения вкуснейшие, с местным колоритом. Расставались с хозяйкой как давние друзья. Приезжайте, знакомьтесь с природой и историей Кавказа. Мы обязательно вернемся еще. Спасибо организатору и экскурсоводу.

Экскурсию проводил Аракел на комфортабельной автомашине с кондиционером. Он показал нам красивейшие водопады и горы, при этом всю дорогу много и интересно рассказыаал о природе, истории и настоящем КМВ и Кабардино-Балкарии. Для отдыха на лугу в горах у него предусмотрительно имелись походные кресла и возможность сварить кофе. Приняли участие в мастер_классе по приготовлению лукумов и хычинов, пообедали ими же и вкуснейшей домашней шурпой и мантами. Привезли с собой домашний сыр, фрукты и огромное количество впечатлений и фотографий. С трудной горной дорогой Аракел справился на отлично и к вечеру благополучно доставил нас к отелю. Огромное спасибо за интересно проведённое время. Рекомендуем.
