Описание

Земля Тре — так издавна именовали Кольский полуостров. Сейчас это название закрепилось за Терским берегом Белого моря. Здесь живут и чтут традиции потомки поморов — мореходов, рыбаков и охотников. С уважением, любовью к родному дому, добрым отношением к нашим гостям с этими традициями познакомим вас мы — мама и дочь, авторы и исполнительницы этой программы.

Что вас ожидает

Тёплый вечер в семье поморов
Приглашаем в наш старый сельский дом с домоткаными половиками на деревянных полах и русской печью. Вас встретит Большуха (так у поморов называют старшую женщину в семье), усадит за стол и угостит ароматным чаем с местными травами — без чаепития разговоры и дела в наших краях не начинаются!

Жёнка-поморка проведёт для вас мастер-класс по изготовлению козули — традиционного местного оберега с 800-летней историей (козулю вы заберёте с собой на память о визите). А в это время Большуха раскатает тесто на пироги и при вас испечёт их в русской печи (кулебяки с рыбкой из Белого моря да сдобу с начинкой из ягод, которые сами в наших лесах собрали). Под истории края, сказки, забавы и песни народные вы с пылу с жару пирогов-то и отведаете!

У нас в гостях — как у любимых родственников. И мы будем очень рады встрече с вами в нашем радушном доме.

Организационные детали

  • Вечёрка проводится в старинном поморском селе Умбе. До места гости добираются самостоятельно.
  • Расстояние от Мурманска — 350 км, от Кандалакши — 100 км. Добраться можно рейсовым автобусом, маршрутным или индивидуальным такси. При необходимости мы организуем трансфер — расписание и стоимость уточняйте, пожалуйста, в переписке к заказу.
  • За дополнительную плату возможна дегустация с последующим приобретением местных деликатесов (варенье из лесных ягод, рыба), также будут представлены наши местные сувениры.

Вот и осталось позади наше увлекательное путешествие в Умбу... А в наших сердцах остались самые горячие воспоминания о Поморской вечёрке, как пироги "Большухи". Если вы хотите окунуться в поморский быт, узнать больше о традициях поморов, то вам однозначно нужно посетить этот гостеприимный дом и познакомиться с его радушными хозяйками. После вечёрки мы увезли с собой в копилку увлекательные поморские сказки, сувенир, сделанный своими руками, но под чутким руководством хозяйки, и очень забавную поморскую игру (играем до сих пор:)). Дети и мы будем еще долго вспоминать этот вечер. Огромная благодарность Ольге и "Большухе" за сохранение традиций, интересную подачу информации и наивкуснейший стол!! В этих людях - ДУША СЕВЕРА!

Начну с того, что мой интерес к вечёрке вылился в отлично спланированное путешествие на все выходные. Ольга организовала нам трансферт из и в аэропорт, а это более 250 км. А ещё была у нас гидом на поездке в Варзугу. Но вернусь к вечёрке. После совершенно удивительной дороги сквозь грозу мы прибыли в Умбу. Ольга встретила нас у калитки дома в народном одеянии с удивительным ожерельем из полимерной глины, которые делает ее сестра - Татьяна. Провела нас в очень уютный деревенский дом полный скрипов, теплу от печки и котов. Коты к концу вечера разрешили себя немного погладить. Наш вечер начался с удивительного рассказа про народные украшения - обереги, которые мы делали своими руками. Даже у меня получилось. А потом нас угощали невероятными пирогами из русской печи. Куда там мишленовским ресторанам. Удивительная атмосфера и уют. Выходные были изумительные.

Потрясающее представление. Очень разнообразно и интересно. Пироги-просто пальчики оближешь! На все вопросы отвечают, про север знают все и немного больше!
