Только во Флоренции так просто окунуться в неподдельную атмосферу Средневековья, хотя город чаще всего называют «Колыбелью Возрождения». Задолго до получения этого статуса, столица Тосканы уже была известна, как самый богатый город в Европе. Так что не стоит думать, что Средневековье — это только дикие нравы и костры инквизиции. Я расскажу вам об уникальных архитектурных памятниках, построенных тогда, о том, чем была наполнена городская жизнь, о быте и нравах флорентийцев, чтобы данная эпоха открылась вам с новой, неожиданной стороны.

Я подробно расскажу об особенностях эпохи, полной контрастов и вдохновения. История средневековой Флоренции напрямую связана с именами Данте и Бокаччо, Чимабуе, Джотто и Арнольфо ди Камбьо. Именно они подарили миру новое видение литературы, живописи и архитектуры. Без них и активного роста экономики города, не было бы Возрождения, каким мы его сейчас знаем. Не случайно основные здания, которые теперь являются визитной карточкой города, были возведены именно в Средние века (XIII-XIV вв.), несмотря на чуму, войны, наводнения, внутренние раздоры.
Вы узнаете, как жила средневековая Флоренция, но не только через призму истории и творчества великого Данте. Я помогу вам представить, как выглядела повседневная жизнь, какие разворачивались трагедии, любовные истории, кто враждовал между собой, у кого случались грехопадения с неизменным спасением — в общем, расскажу занимательные истории из жизни флорентийцев. Именно они, запечатлённые в камне, фресках и витражах, украшающих городские здания, и покажут истинное лицо этого необыкновенного города.

Хотим выразить огромную благодарность Ирине за очень интересную экскурсию "Быт, нравы и страсти средневековой Флоренции". Ирина настолько понятно и доступно рассказывает историю средневековой Флоренции, очень легко и интересно слушать. У Ирины получилось погрузить нас в историю той эпохи. Рассказала много фактов из жизни Данте и Бокаччо, Чимабуе, Джотто и Арнольфо ди Камбьо, о визитной карточке города - "Понте Веккью", реке "Арно". Очень понравились панорамы набережных "Арно".

Приятный, интеллигентный гид. Ирина провела нас по красивым улочкам, где было не было толп туристов и можно было насладиться самим городом. Флоренция открылась с неожиданного ракурса. Не было скучных фактов и бубнежа, а только милые истории и занимательные факты. Мы остались довольны.
