Об особенностях приготовления исконных новгородских блюд часто узнают из былин и летописей. Но есть и уникальные рецепты, которые бережно хранились в семьях и столетиями передавались «из уст в уста». Одно из таких редких лакомств — ржаные сульчины. В домашней обстановке мы откроем секреты приготовления этого десерта, поговорим о новгородских традициях и устроим уютное чаепитие.

Что такое сульчины
Это сладкий деревенский десерт из ржаной муки и пшенной каши. Он был любим не только в простых домах, но и подавался ко столу императрицы Екатерины II во время ее путешествий по Новгородской земле. Мы приготовим сульчины по рецепту, который для нас сохранила Валентина Тимофеева — жительница древней новгородской деревни Усть-Волма. К ней секрет этого исконно русского лакомства перешел по наследству от мамы Александры и бабушки Марии. 

Вкусная история
Наш мастер-класс пройдёт в уютной домашней атмосфере. Я поделюсь секретами приготовления и других старинных блюд, которые можно постряпать дома. Мы поговорим о Великом Новгороде и его традициях — и не только кулинарных. А после встречи вы сможете навестить легендарное Словенское море — озеро Ильмень, которое расположено в получасе пешей прогулки.

При приготовлении сульчинов интересная работа найдется и для взрослых, и для детей.

Сульчины приготовили двумя способами.Андрей много рассказал об истории края,блюда,об отдельных продуктах.Оказалось,что это очень просто-готовить сульчины.Теперь будем готовить на праздники.А как все было вкусно,ароматно,познавательно.Расслабились,отдохнули.Очень душевно!Спасибо огромное Андрею!Рекомендуем всем,кто интересуется историей,любит русскую кухню и хочет отдохнуть по-русски культурно и по-русски тепло.Здорово!

Очень оригинальный формат проведения мероприятия. Гид замечательный. Отличная подача материала с душевным чаепитием в конце.

Мастер класс под руководством нашего наставника Андрея получился интересный, познавательный, увлекательный и вкусный! Вместо 2-х запланированных часов пробыли почти 3 часа. Узнали об истории города и конкретных улицах, познакомились с древним блюдом (его историей, рецептом), которое оказалось очень вкусным. Сам процесс готовки блюд,а в виде соревнований двух команд по двуи рецептам, тоже был увлекательным. Однозначно рекомендую посетить данный мастер класс. Спасибо организатору Андрею, весёлому и доброму человеку!

Совершенно фантастическая экскурсия. Очень интересный рассказ, увлекательный и актуальный) вкусное блюдо, необычное и доступное. Удивительный гид! чай и лимонад - отдельное произведение искусства! Дети с удовольствием готовили, потом поедали сделанное. Кашу съели отдельно до дна... Каша, приготовленная для начинки в духовке, станет новым семейным блюдом! Кстати, проверено - подогретые в микроволновке сульчины менее вкусными не становятся))) Рекомендуем!!!
