Приглашаю вас приготовить настоящий ошский плов у нас дома, вместе с моей семьей! Вы раскроете, как правильно выбирать продукты на рынке, в чем преимущество узгенского риса, что делать с курдючным жиром и почему мы так любим желтую морковь. Насладитесь получившимся кулинарным шедевром и узнаете, что такое настоящее восточное застолье.
Что вас ожидает
Мастер-класс и дружеское застолье
Мы начнем с визита на местный рынок. Я расскажу, как отличить хороший узгенский рис, какую морковку выбрать и как сбивать цену по-ошски. Затем мы пойдем ко мне домой. Под руководством семейного повара вы поучаствуете в нарезке, обжарке, варке и томлении плова. Пока он готовится, прогуляетесь по нашей общине: погрузитесь в особенности местной культуры, быта и архитектуры. В завершение мы пригласим вас на душевное застолье в уютном зеленом дворике с топчаном и очагом.

Рекомендую людям, интересующимся кулинарией и этнографией. Аутентичный рецепт местного плова, с привлечением гостей в качестве помощников при приготовлении. Пока плов настаивается, предлагается небольшая прогулка по району ( есть термин «махалля» - община) Все заканчивается трапезой в прекрасном узбекском доме с соблюдением всех местных обычаев. Добрый день. Была на кулинарном мастер -классе. Все очень понравилось. Это возможность побывать и на местном рынке, пообщаться с разными людьми. Также Атабек может ответить на любые ваши вопросы и по истории города Ош, и по тому, как люди живут сейчас. И, конечно же, возможность побывать в доме жителей города Ош, приготовить вместе с хозяевами плов, попробовать вкуснейшие местные фрукты,чай.
