Огромное спасибо Атабеку за организацию нашей экскурсии. Мы были в Оше всего 2 дня, но нам удалось вместить все лучшее в них. И Атабек составил для нас отличный маршрут: утром мы отправились в пекарню, затем прогулялись по Сулейман-Тоо и посетили музей. Затем спустились к местному рынку, где приобрели и гостинцы для родных, и продукты для плова, а позже приготовили и сам плов. Интересно было не только с точки зрения исторической и этнической, когда ты идешь с человеком по его родным улицам, это больше напоминает визит к дальним родственникам! Очень душевно и комфортно! Однозначно рекомендую всем! Кроме того, Атабек порекомендовал нам водителя для посещения Кыргыз-Ата. И эта поездка также была незабываемой! Комфорт и просто невероятные пейзажи гарантированы! И Хотя туристический сезон еще не начался, благодаря Атабеку , нас накормили жареной форелью в юрте, что было крайне уместно после хорошей пешей прогулки. Еще раз спасибо!

Описание
Круглая румяная лепешка — «визитная карточка» кыргызской кухни. Вы будете встречать ее везде: на рынках, в кафе, магазинах и местных домах. Приглашаю в веселом и душевном формате погрузиться в хлебные традиции страны! Вы увидите, как делают традиционную печь тандыр, подружитесь с пекарями и слепите свою лепешку. Кроме того, попробуете настоящий ошский завтрак.
Что вас ожидает
Хлебосольный Ош
Вы посетите мастерскую под открытым небом, где раскроете секреты изготовления печи тандыр. А также познакомитесь с местными пекарями: они покажут, как слепить лепешку и придать ей товарный вид. Если осмелитесь, сможете своими руками отправить тесто в раскаленную духовку! В завершение мы заглянем в уютную чайхану, где отведаем ошский завтрак с горячим хлебом, свежим каймаком и зеленым чаем.

Очень понравилась экскурсия , рекомендации по ресторанчикам , что посмотреть в Фергане , спасибо огромное, приедем еще.

Атабек - не только прекрасный экскурсовод, влюблённый в свой город и в своё дело. Это душевный и чуткий человек. Он дал нам информацию и контакты, чтобы мы смогли провести время интересно. Мы очень хорошо с его подачи съездили в горы, таким образом, Киргизия для нас осветилась. А на экскурсию, связанную с лепёшками и тандыром, надо сходить обязательно! Ведь это неотъемлемый атрибут киргизской культуры)

Хотим поблагодарить Атабека за интересную авторскую экскурскию. Посетили мастерскую по изготовлению тандыров, а затем пекарню. Посмотрели, как делают хлеб пекари, попробовали сами, а затем позавтракали и поговорили об Оше. Чудесно, атмосферно, с душой и с любовью к городу. Спасибо большое!
