Провели с Алиной вторую сессию через год после первой. И отзыв через полгода) Для меня такая временная расстановка не случайна, тк в таком оригинальном формате я вижу пролонгированное действие. Это очень полезный опыт - в условиях ограниченного времени выявить неосознаваемое, через ассоциации перебросить новые мостики от прошлого к будущему.

Это не классическая экскурсия, вы не услышите на ней искусствоведческую информацию. Но узнаете о содержании картин по-другому — через себя, через осознание тех эмоций и чувств, что они вызывают в вас. Ждем всех, кто хочет попробовать что-то новое!
Что вас ожидает
Арт-терапия — исцеление через искусство
Возможность отвлечься от рутины, погрузиться в цвета и калейдоскоп открывающихся чувств — таким будет ваше посещение Главного штаба на Дворцовой площади. Этот формат подразумевает терапию — встречу именно со своими эмоциями и с самой картиной, а арт-терапевт является организатором-проводником.
Арт-терапия — одно из направлений психотерапии, она может использоваться самостоятельно, либо в сочетании с традиционными видами терапии. Отличие от классических встреч в кабинете психотерапевта в том, что здесь мы используем картины для вашей работы со своим внутренним миром, осознавая свой выбор картин, можно понять, что же именно сейчас происходит на бессознательном уровне, открыть истинные цели и устремления.
Как это будет?
Сперва мы сформулируем ваш психологический запрос, с которым будем работать — это может быть проблема, цель, мечта, отношения, просто интерес к такой форме. Затем идем в залы музея: вы смотрите на картины, и мы обсуждаем впечатления, чувства, идеи, которые у вас рождаются.
Обратите внимание, работа в музее основана на юнгианской аналитической психологии, на основных постулатах этого направления. Ведут работу профессиональные психологи, будьте готовы именно к терапевтической работе.
Почему импрессионисты?
Эрмитаж располагает одной из самых известных и полных коллекций французского искусства второй половины 19 — начала 20 века. Это время появления психологии, какой мы ее знаем сейчас. И художников, и психологов объединяет в это время подлинный интерес к внутреннему миру человека, к другим культурам, античным мифам, примитивным культурам и их непохожестью на европейский уклад. Яркие, чистые цвета, условные формы — передают уже не реальный мир, а воображаемый.

Организационные детали
- Билеты в Главный штаб Эрмитажа вам нужно купить себе самостоятельно себе, я вышлю вам ссылку. Если вас двое и больше, то предусмотрена доплата 500 рублей за билет арт-терапевта.
- Экскурсию ведут несколько арт-терапевтов. Если вас больше двух — по возможности на встречу приходят два арт-терапевта, доплата за билет второго ведущего обязательна.

Экскурсия прошла замечательно и очень понравилась. Особенно интересен был необычный подход к живописи. Не было рассказов про жизни художников, про то при каких обстоятельствах была написана картина, какими красками пользовались....А было чувственное и психологическое погружение в картину, понимание себя и других через картину. Алина была при этом внимательным, тактичным, образованным и опытным проводником. На экскурсии мы были втроем, так вот у каждого из нас было свое ощущение от одной и той же картины, и нам было интересно слушать друг друга. Было живо, интересно и весело. Время экскурсии пролетело незаметно. Для меня это самая запоминающаяся экскурсия по живописи. В то же время, хочу сказать, что эта экскурсия подойдет не каждому. Если Вам интересна и психология, и живопись, если Вы готовы хотя бы немного раскрываться, то Вам обязательно нужно посетить эту экскурсию.

Знаете, ребят, вы придумали удивительное и крутое времяпрепровождение! Шла я на эту экскурсию, потому что люблю искусство, как таковое, а несколько импрессионистов в частности, да и психологию люблю, если она используется этичными людьми. И была настроена открыто, но без конкретного вопроса. Точнее, чем ближе к дате, чем чаще мозг прокручивал в голове идеи, мож это обсудить или это?! И когда мы стремились с Алиной, я уже окончательно запуталась. Уточнила, ничего, что я без конкретики, она мягко ответила да, более детально объяснила, что да как и мы пошли к картинам. Конкретика всё же пришла, но позже. Да и инсайт я словила такой большой и желанный, что аж развеселилась. Но это дело случая конечно. И всё же, даже просто узнать себя по-лучше, познакомиться с шедеврами искусства, в компании эмпатичного и тактичного человека - это дорогого стоит! Спасибо Алине! Спасибо организаторам! P.s. Теперь мечтаю, чтоб вы в каждом городе и стране создали такой формат, и чтоб Алина везде там работала, а я буду к ней ходить/ездить/летать))) шутка!

Большое спасибо Алине за чуткое и тактичное ведение. В движении, в окружении визуальных образов легче и безболезненнее распутывать свой душевный клубок, чем рефлексируя один на один с собой. Алина помогала выходить на правильную траекторию, видеть ситуацию под другим ракурсом, разграничивать обстоятельства, зависящие и не зависящие от меня. И не чувствовать себя виноватой, оголенной, слабой в моменте. Я всегда побаивалась психологов в плане того, что они могут раскопать что-то, потревожить и не закрыть ситуацию, забросив в ещё больший кризис. Алина проявила очень бережное отношение и я чувствую себя после сессии более цельной и гармоничной.
