Описание

Москве повезло — здесь на рубеже 19–20 веков жил и работал выдающийся архитектор Фёдор Осипович Шехтель. Сохранилось около 80 зданий, созданных по его проектам, и большинство из них — в столице. Это и городские особняки, и доходные дома, и типографии, и храмы. Я покажу вам самые интересные здания, построенные Ф.О. Шехтелем и расскажу, как горожане полюбили модерн.

Что вас ожидает

Вы прогуляетесь по Патриаршим прудам — самому уютному и атмосферному району Москвы. Увидите дома, построенный Шехтелем для своей семьи. Полюбуетесь особняками, благодаря которым архитектора стали называть королём московского модерна. А ещё — промышленными зданиями, напоминающими сказочные замки.

Я расскажу, как менялся творческий почерк Франца Осиповича. Объясню, как формировался стиль модерн в архитектуре, покоривший сердца москвичей на рубеже 19–20 веков. Вы узнаете, кем были заказчики работ Шехтеля и для кого предназначались особняки, о которых говорил весь город.

Мила потрясающий рассказчик: приятная и искренняя, с очень широким кругозором и рассказывала увлекательно и с качественной фактурой, без баек. Развернуто отвечала на все наши вопросы, даже не относящиеся к Шехтелю, а даже самые отвлеченные, как "что это за красивый дом по дороге?", "красивый особняк ар нуво в районе Электрозаводской кто построил?", "Кем приходился Морозову - владельцу особняка на Спиридоновке тот Морозов, что владел особняком на Воздвиженке". Маршрут очень продуманный: построен и живописно, и неутомительно. Были втроем (возраст 40+) и мы все в восторге.

Очень люблю эти места, что-то знала о Шехтеле, но Мила рассказала много нового, экскурсия прошла в достаточно скором темпе, что очень понравилось, факты, люди, экскурс в историю, не затянутое повествование. Миле благодарны, человек знает и, главное очень любит то, о чем вещает! Порекомендую всем эту экскурсию и особенно, если экскуросовод будет Мила!

Хочется выразить Миле большую благодарность за интересный и хорошо структурированный рассказ. Экскурсия проводилась для студентов, а их не всегда легко заинтересовать. Миле это удалось с легкостью сделать благодаря, с одной стороны, ее вовлеченности в тему, а с другой - ориентированности на свою аудиторию.
