Описание

Плов — легенда среднеазиатской кухни, а из всех его вариаций именно самаркандское исполнение признано лучшим. В уютной квартире вас встретит гостеприимная хозяйка, познакомит с традициями изготовления «правильного» плова и пригласит к накрытому дастархану. В Самарканде плов во многих заведения готовят с 12:00 до 13:00. Наш мастер-класс проходит ежедневно, в любое удобное вам время!

Что вас ожидает

Как готовить зирвак, какой вид риса следует использовать для самаркандского плова, какие ингредиенты включены в аутентичную рецептуру? Эти и другие секреты вы раскроете в гостях у местных жителей. Кроме того, хозяйка, которая проведет для вас мастер-класс, — не только знаток национальной домашней кухни, но и профессиональный повар, поэтому вы освоите навыки эталонного приготовления гастрономического шедевра. А затем вам предложат разместиться на нарядных курпачах за традиционным дастарханом или за обычным столом. Кроме плова, вы отведаете салат, чай с восточными сладостями и проведете время в душевной компании узбекской семьи.

Организационные детали

  • Гости полностью участвуют в приготовлении блюда. Продолжительность: примерно 3 часа, 2 часа — мастер-класс, 1 час — застолье (чай, сладости, салат и, конечно, сам плов — все включено в стоимость)

Огромное спасибо Гуле за невероятно душевный прием и потрясающий плов! Мы почувствовали себя в гостях у старого друга семьи - настолько все было гостеприимно и тепло - стол, рассказы о местной кухне, сам процесс приготовления самаркандского плова, фотосессия в национальных костюмах и конечно само поедание результатов наших стараний :)) такого вкусного плова мы никогда не пробовали - его можно съесть прямо с тарелкой, остановиться невозможно! Огромное спасибо Гуле - будем рекомендовать всем друзьям и надеемся когда-нибудь увидеться снова :)

Мы прилетели в Самарканд и почти сразу пошли к Гуле готовить плов ))) Самые первые и самые яркие впечатления об Узбекистане 🧡🧡🧡 Гуля потрясающая! Было так тепло и душевно, что не хотелось уходить. Плов и угощения на высшем уровне, фото и видео в национальных костюмах были очень приятным бонусом. И наелись, и насмеялись, и натанцевались, и плова наготовили! Выше всяких похвал! Хозяйка очень гостеприимна и хлебосольна. С первых шагов в доме попадаешь под ее очарование и погружаешься в теплую уютную атмосферу. Сюда лучше приходить очень голодным. Иначе вы не сможете попробовать всего, чем встретит вас этот мягкий, удобный и красочный дастархан: домашняя самса и лепешки из слоеного теста, зелень, овощи, фрукты, сладости и конечно чай. И только после того, как вы подкрепитесь, вас допустят :)) к приготовлению плова. Записывайте все на видео! Инструкцию вам потом пришлют, но в ней не будет тех многочисленных советов, деталей, секретов и лайфхаков, которыми с такой охотой делится Гуля. А она настоящий мастер своего дела! Повар по призванию! Готовит, объясняет и угощает с большой любовью. Мы достаточно часто готовим плов дома и думали, что знаем о нем все или почти все, но у нее мы научились новым интересным деталям: как «не терять» морковку в рисе, управлять скоростью его приготовления и в какое время года лучше использовать баранину и почему. У Гули замечательная семья. Утром того же дня мы познакомились с ее дочерью Фаридой, которая провела нам фотосессию в национальных костюмах в Регистане, а потом отвезла на рынок и подсказала, где купить лучшие специи в Самарканде. Результаты фотосессии вызвали восхищение у всех наших знакомых и друзей, а продавец специй подарил нам незабываемые минуты смеха и хорошего настроения и вообще заслуживает отдельного описания, но это уже совсем другая история…
