Описание

У самого «подножия» Кольского полуострова, на берегу Белого моря и почти на линии Полярного круга расположилось одно из старейших сел края. Удаленность от больших городов и основных магистралей помогли сохраниться не только 300-летней деревянной церкви, но и особому духу места, рожденному приморской природой, островным ландшафтом, духовной культурой и давней историей. Буду рад открыть вам этот заповедный уголок Заполярья.

Что вас ожидает

Знакомство с древней Никольской церковью и поморским селом
Какое поморское село без церкви? Экскурсия начнется с рассказа о памятнике деревянного зодчества — храме, построенном в 1705 году на высоком берегу бурной и каменистой реки Ковды. В этой части рассказа мы коснемся традиции храмостроения и особенностей возведения зданий в суровых условиях Русского Севера. А также поговорим о жизни древнего поморского села.

История русского, шведского и английского лесозаводов
Да-да, здесь на Крайнем Севере в начале 20 века мирно уживались и плодотворно сотрудничали представители лесной промышленности трех развитых стран Европы: России, Англии и Швеции. Вы услышите об особенностях развития отрасли на севере нашей страны на рубеже веков, экономических связях Поморья и строительстве портов на Белом море.

Красота и уникальность Ковдской губы
Изрезанная черта берега, островной рельеф местности и уникальная гидрология места издавна привлекали сюда исследователей природы. В конце 19 века в Ковде появилась метеорологическая станция, а в начале 20 века — биологическая станция профессора Сент-Илера. Сейчас часть морского побережья губы находится под охраной Кандалакшского государственного природного заповедника.

Трансфер

  • После встречи в Кандалакше мы на автомобиле выдвигаемся в сторону села Ковда
  • Общая продолжительность экскурсии около шести часов, два с половиной из которых вы проведете в автомобиле
  • При использовании вашего собственного автомобиля для проведения экскурсии скидка 15%

Подготовка к поездке

  • Экскурсия предполагает небольшой пикник на берегу залива, любимые бутерброды для него вам предлагается приготовить самим (горячий чай организуем)
  • Позаботьтесь об одежде по сезону и по погоде
  • При желании заказать экскурсию для более чем 4-х человек, условия и стоимость оговариваются отдельно

Добрый день. Очень понравилась экскурсия из Кандалакши в село Ковда. На экскурсии удалось заглянуть в старинную церковь (Никольская церковь, XVIII в.), подняться к поклонному кресту, прогуляться по белому морю. Спасибо Дмитрию за насыщенный день, интересную беседу и горячий чай😌 Несмотря на пасмурную, безрадостную погоду, день удался👌 Буду рада повторить экскурсию в другое время года и увидеть увиденное в красках))
