Готовы приобщиться к балийским ремёслам и традициям? Тогда приглашаем вас вместе приготовить кокосовое масло — это тот случай, когда вы точно сможете быть уверены в качестве и аутентичности продукта. Вы получите удовольствие от медитативного процесса, почувствуете себя местным жителем и заберёте с собой 100 мл свежайшего масла. До встречи!

Что вас ожидает

Мы встретим вас в нашем доме на курорте Санур, дадим все нужные инструменты, а затем покажем, как чистить и обрабатывать кокос, чтобы получить кокосовую мякоть.

Вы будете не просто наблюдать, полноценно участвовать в процессе: сами натрёте кокос, получите из него молоко, а затем и кокосовое масло. Мы будем помогать в процессе работы и подсказывать дальнейшие шаги.

Свежее масло, которое мы с вами сделаем (около 100 мл), вы сможете забрать с собой в качестве балийского сувенира!

  • Локация мастер-класса находится на курорте Санур, куда вам нужно доехать самостоятельно. При необходимости поможем с заказом такси.

Мы в восторге!! Мы заказывали 8 различных экскурсий в наш приезд на Бали. Этот мастер-класс безусловно прекрасное событие, которое очень рекомендуем! Спасибо огромное организатору!

1 мая были на МК приготовлению кокосового масла. Получили массу удовольствия не только от МК, но и от общения с Новой (женой Ваяна). Нова хорошо владеет русским, так что узнали много подробностей о жизни на Бали от коренного жителя. Кроме того, Нова угощала домашними сладостями и даже с собой дала, спасибо. С трансфером никаких проблем. Связались по вотсапу с Новой и она заказала нам такси из отеля к ней и также обратно. Нам повезло, кокосы оказались "жирные", как сказала Нова, из двух кокосов получилось около 350 грамм масла. Ещë раз Нова и Ваян спасибо. Ирина и Анатолий.

Мастер-класс очень понравился!!! Хотела удивить чем-то необычным дочку (10 лет) на ее День Рождения, эмоций положительных было море!! Проводила мастер-класс девушка по имени Нова. На русском говорит хорошо, все понятно, доступно, очень приятная, спокойна, добрая девушка. В процессе разговора, выяснилось, что работает гидом на русском языке, поэтому с удовольствием ответила на мои миллион вопросов об острове, культуре, истории и быте местного населения. Было очень интересно. Всем советую, понравится и взрослому и ребёнку!!! Огромное спасибо!!!

Шел ливень, но мы добрались! И это было не зря. Нас ждал теплый прием, интересный МК (хотелось раз и навсегда узнать как это делается, тк кокосовое масло тут делается в каждом доме). Мк по кокосовому масло дополнилось интересными фактами из жизни балийца. Ваян не оставляла ни один вопрос открытым) благодарю вас за эту прекрасную встречу, рекомендую каждому: легко, красиво, интересно. Еще уносиль с собой не только приятные воспоминания, но и что-то физическое-сделанное своими ручками масло.
