Описание

О Сочи говорят как о райском местечке на берегу моря, которое всегда привлекало богатых людей. Мы погуляем по центру старого Сочи, но обязательно заглянем и в нетуристические места курорта. Я покажу, как из непригодных для жизни земель курорт стал таким, каким мы знаем его сейчас.

Что вас ожидает

Великолепный век
Какие богатые купеческие семейства первыми рассмотрели потенциал в Сочи? И почему в 19 веке Сочи был местом ссылки и каторги, а в начале 20 стал мировым курортом? Приглашаю отправиться на пешую прогулку по городу, чтобы разобрать его непростую, но интересную историю. И отследить, как из гиблого места Сочи превратился в процветающий курорт с роскошными дачами аристократов царской России, дворцами советских рабочих и дачами творческой богемы.

Маршрут прогулки

  • Особняк Фронштейнов — зачинщиков революций в Италии и Франции
  • Дачи «на мужских слезах»
  • Уцелевший корпус одной из самых дорогих дореволюционных гостиниц, где ограбили премьер-министра
  • Дом управляющего царским имением
  • Скромная дача тех самых Юсуповых
  • Дача Мамонтовых: вспомним Веру Мамонтову — ту самую девочку с персиками
  • Остатки древней военной крепости
  • Первый телеграф, который строился под руководством того самого Сименса

По желанию можем продлить прогулку до усадьбы купца Хлудова, похожую на русский терем. Узнаем, почему полиция разместилась в здании бани, а бассейн — в помещении электростанции. Увидим остатки санатория, где в 1909 году швейцары говорили на 5 языках, а за завтраком и обедом играл живой оркестр.
