У нашей группы был экскурсовод Елена, в Москве были проездом,только вечером могли посмотреть на всю эту красоту, о лучшем экскурсоводе и не мечтали,умная,позитивная,интересно преподносит всю информацию, думаю что не только взрослым, но и подросткам будет интересно. Всё 100 баллов ставим.

Хочу обратить внимание на следующее. После оплаты экскурсии куратор мне написал что встреча будет у памятника Достоевскому, станция метро "Охотный ряд". Так как, мы проездом в Москве, сразу же посмотрели по карте и оказывается что у Охотного ряда нет такого памятника. А есть у станции метро Арбатская. Сразу же написала (по эл.почте) куратору, чтобы уточнить где встречаемся. Ждала 4 дня. Ответа не было. За день до экскурсии, решила сама позвонить и все уточнить... Трубку взяла Юля и сказала, что кто-то напутал и действительно встреча будет у м.Арбатская. После сообщила, что т.к. группа не набралась, стоимость экскурсии увеличивается и предложила не вечернюю, а дневную экскурсию в 11-00, конечно я согласилась (поменяв планы и другие экскурсии). Спустя 20 минут куратор мне перезвонил и сказал что моя экскурсия будет в 13-00 (опять пришлось мне поменять планы). Поэтому организатору я ставлю - 1. Экскурсии - 3. Вопрос: а если бы я не позвонила - когда бы мне вообще что-то сообщили?
