Каппадокия прекрасна! И не стоит портить себе впечатление от такого организатора тура как Лейла. Она посредник, который абсолютно не нужен. Описание тура не соответствует реальности, Начиная со слов - мы заберём вас из отеля и отвезем к месту взлета воздушных шаров… Никуда не отвозят, полет на шаре вы должны организовать сами на месте, а понять это из описания, что это не включено в стоимость. В вечер заезда сама искала информацию во сколько экскурсия, и выезд утром. Выясняла все попутно и, получив массу хамского обращения и какого-то бреда про то, что на шары ехать не надо, меня оставят в поле одну и что ей это не выгодно в принципе и прочее, и что я сама во всем виновата… Ибо фразу -«заберем рано утром я не поняла как в 9:40» С этим даже не спорю, поэтому для всех - не ошибайтесь и не выбирайте этот тур. Особенно добавил стресса трансфер, который доставил в аэропорт за 10 мин до окончания регистрации.. в условиях огромной очереди - огненно просто. Гиды на Зелегом (Марина)и Красном маршрутах - классные. И экскурсии к ним вы можете забронить сами. Как и отели, и полеты.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность Лейле за организацию нашего путешествия в волшебный мир. Лейла помогла выбрать удобные билеты на самолёт и предложила на выбор отличные отели в Невшехире, а также организовала нам полёт на воздушном шаре и отвечала на все наши вопросы. Экскурсионная программа оптимально насыщена и интересна. Мы увидели все основные достопримечательности. Русскоговорящий гид подробно и интересно рассказал про все локации и историю Каппадокии. Также было достаточно свободного времени чтобы погулять по Невшехиру. Рекомендую сходить на смотровую площадку после заката.

Каппадокия прекрасна не смотря ни на что. Шары, каменные грибы, долины, пещеры, конусы все это очень экзотично. Лейла является посредником в организации тура, далее переключает на организатора в Турции, который, в свою очередь нанимает третьих лиц. Организатор на месте оперативно решает все вопросы, всегда на связи, тайминг соблюдает чётко. Но, таким образом возникает переплата за тур. Отель Alaca Cave Sutes очень простенький, хотя ценник приличный, даже были мысли переехать в другой. Завтраки скудные, шторки на окнах рваные, постельное белье в катушках, при этом мы доплатили за улучшение номера, иначе жили бы в подобие кельи, но персонал старается в силу своего понимания сервиса.

Хотел поблагодарить Лейлу за прекрасную организацию и экскурсионную программу. При подготовке к поездке забросал ее массой вопросов, и на все очень оперативно получил ответы. Скорость с которой Лейла отвечает вообще поразила, в любое время ответа приходилось ждать не больше 3-5 минут. Долго согласовывали с ней отель, Лейла предложила несколько вариантов, и на основании моих комментариев в результате забронировала нам шикарный номер в "пещерном" отеле. В Каппадокии мы провели три прекрасных дня, полетали на шарах, покатались на квадроциклах. В итоге мы получили максимум удовольствия и воспользовались практически всеми рекомендациями Лейлы и ее команды, которая занималась всеми вопросами "на месте". Все было на высшем уровне.
