Описание

В дельте Нила вы узнаете город-порт, основанный до нашей эры. Город, где причудливо сочетаются арабский колорит и атмосфера европейского Средиземноморья. Разберетесь в этой богатой истории и культуре, прикоснетесь к камням, которые видели рассветы и закаты цивилизаций. В нашей программе катакомбы, древнеримские руины, резная мечеть и крепость Кайт-Бей, а еще местные вкусности.

Что вас ожидает

Александрия древняя и современная
Город назван по имени своего основателя — царя Александра Македонского. С его времен я и начну рассказ об Александрии. Вы узнаете о планировке и роли города как столицы птолемеевского царства и важного центра эллинистического мира. Поймете, где стоял дворец легендарной Клеопатры, услышите об упадке города и его жизни сегодня. А еще получите список полезных мест: кафе с вкусным кофе, достойных рыбных ресторанов, магазинов с традиционными сладостями и лавок с лучшими фруктами.

В нашем маршруте:

Катакомбы Ком-эль-Шукафа — подземное сокровище Александрии, построенное в 1 в.н.э. Здесь вас ждет смешение египетского, греческого и римского стилей, какого не встретишь больше нигде. Исследуя катакомбы, вы узнаете о жизни и смерти в эпоху Клеопатры и последующие столетия, а заодно раскроете, почему древнеегипетский бог Анубис изображается с телом древнеримского воина.

Колонна Помпея — римский гранитный обелиск высотой 30 метров, расположенный на руинах древнего храма. Обсудим, как его изготовили и каким было настоящее название этого сооружения.

Мечеть Абу аль-Аббаса аль-Мурси 14 века. Храм носит имя мусульманского проповедника, о котором я расскажу вам, а также объясню, почему эта мечеть так популярна у жителей Египта.

Крепость Кайт-Бей, построенная на руинах одного из семи чудес света — Александрийского маяка. Вы откроете хроники этого монументального сооружения, подниметесь наверх крепости и насладитесь видами на море и город.

Весь день в Александрии с нами был Мустафа. Отличное чувство бмора, Прекрасный русский язык, профессиональная историческая база, и просто очень красивый город. За день мы увидели все что нужно посетить в Александрии в центральной части. Бонусом был настоящий арабский кофе и множество фотографий.

Мустафа отличный гид, очень интересно рассказывал, все подробно и доступно, ответил на все мои вопросы. Забрали и отвезли куда просила. Напоил меня кофе в начале экскурсии, в конце порекомендовал отличный красивый и вкусный ресторан. Мустафа отлично говорит по-русски, знает реалии нашей страны и прекрасно разбирается в истории своей. Прямо очень понравилось! Один нюанс: в описании длительность экскурсии 6,5 часа, в реальности было 4,5, и это включая кофе и обед. Этого достаточно, на самом деле, мы посмотрели все, что планировалось, Мустафа нигде не торопился и не торопил, но зачем указывать неверные данные в описании? Если бы знала реальную длительность, выбрала бы другое время. Экскурсию рекомендую, но лучше уточняйте у гида реальную длительность.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность нашему гиду Ясиру. Говорят, что имя Ясир производится от арабского слова «يسر» (ясира) и означает «преуспевающий», «тот, кто облегчает жизнь». Так вот, благодаря Ясиру наш день в Александрии прошел отлично, он однозначно облегчил нам жизнь в этот день и наполнил её гармонией!!! Наш круизный корабль задержался на 2 часа, но Ясир сделал всё возможное, что бы показать нам красоту Александрии. Очень интересный рассказчик с хорошим знанием литературного русского языка, нам очень понравилось!!! Мы посмотрели основные локации Александрии и прониклись атмосферой этого города! Отдельное спасибо за автомобиль с кондиционером и воду, в жару это очень спасало.
