В Самарканде заказали мастер-класс по приготовлению плова. Реальность превзошла наши ожидания, это была изюминка нашего путешествия. Реальная семья, типичный дом, прекрасная хозяйка Диларом. Всё происходит на домашней семейной кухне. Полная подготовка всех ингредиентов плова, подробный рецепт. Назначение каждого продукта объяснили, временные интервалы повторяли. А главное «все делали сами!», но под тактичным присмотром и соблюдением правил безопасности!!! В перерывах между этапа приготовления -был чай, домашние вкусняшки и главное душевное общение, которое сейчас у нас в дефиците!! Плов получился отличный! Как хозяйка, Диларом,очень понравилась, как учитель наставник -просто класс! Всем рекомендуем.

Приглашаем познакомиться с главным героем национальной кухни — самаркандским пловом! Мастер-класс по его приготовлению пройдет в традиционном гостевом доме. Вы увидите местный быт, проникнетесь колоритом страны и раскроете ее гастрономические секреты. Хозяйка дома расскажет, как правильно выбирать рис и мясо для плова, как нарезать продукты и как придать блюду аромат.

Яркие вкусы Самарканда
Мастер-класс будет проходить в местном доме. Гостеприимная хозяйка заранее подготовит все ингредиенты: свежее мясо, рис, овощи и ароматные специи. Затем вы приступите к совместному приготовлению плова: его нарезке, обжарке, варке и томлении. Когда блюдо будет готово, мы расстелим узбекские матрасы «курпачи» и устроим на них трапезу в лучших традициях Востока. Кроме плова, мы угостим вас традиционными лепешками, зеленым чаем и сладостями.

Отличное мероприятие, всем рекомендую! Хозяйка дома Диля очень приятная и дружелюбная женщина, все вам покажет и расскажет. Интересно и про приготовление плова послушать, и о том, как живут местные в Самарканде. Плов получается отличный, до него вас угостят сладостями, голодными точно не уйдете. Будем пробовать дома повторить теперь :)

Все в соответствии с описанием программы. Прекрасная, вежливая хозяйка Диля. Спасибо огромное за такой душевный прием. Уютный, ухоженный дом. Чаепитие с большим количеством сладостей и выпечки (готовит сама хозяйка).
