Описание

Коломенское в шутку называли подмосковным кремлем — веками оно служило главной летней резиденцией Московских государей. С помощью приложения на смартфоне вы отправитесь в прошлое царской усадьбы, осмотрите памятники 15-17 веков, включая знаменитую церковь Вознесения. Посетите единственный в столице мемориальный музей, посвященный Петру I. И оцените атмосферу одного из любимых парков москвичей.

Эта аудиопрогулка - почти пустая трата денег. Единственное что ценно, это содержательность текста рассказчика. Минусы: - Не внимательность организатора при бронировании экскурсии. 15 ноября забронировали экскурсию на 1 января. Бронь прошла. Должны были прислать ссылку и код для скачивания приложения. 30 декабря обнаружил, что ссылки нет на почте. Написал в поддержку. Выяснилось, что 1 января музей Петра Первого не работает, по этому экскурсия не может состоятся. А сразу это нельзя было сообщить? Перенесли на 2 января; - На карте ресурса не отмечен не только маршрут, но нет выраженных отметок объектов экскурсии, приходится самому их выискивать на карте. Не говоря уж о том, чтобы отметить территории, на которых ведутся ремонтные работы в парке; - Текст не включается автоматически, при приближении к объекту, по этому приходилось на морозе постоянно доставать телефон из кармана или вовсе держать его в руке, от этого он быстро разряжался; - билет в дом Петра Великого мы в приложении так и не нашли, как не искали.

К сожалению, "прогулка" сорвалась! Ничего не получилось! Во-первых, из-за ремонта на входе в Коломенское, пришлось делать большой крюк-обход, чтобы попасть на территорию - только к 12.30 (срок - 12.00) были, по-видимому, на месте (у экскурсионного бюро). Там НИЧЕГО не знают о ваших инициативах. Во-вторых, загрузить ваш сайт (с официальными - со штрих-кодом - билетами, программой и картой) тоже НЕ УДАЛОСЬ. Беседа с работниками "домика Петра" опять подтвердила АБСОЛЮТНОЕ НЕПОНИМАНИЕ ими того, что мы хотим, что есть такой сайт TripSter, что у нас куплен билет. Как вы работаете??? Вобщем, "плюнули" мы на ваше мероприятие и прогулялись по Коломенскому самостоятельно. Хорошо, что погода была великолепна. Заказ TRP5742209 (11.10.25 12.00-14.00)

Нашла вас через приложение 2-гис, когда смотрела местоположение Коломенского. Я редко путешествую, поэтому у меня было ограниченное время на посещение усадьбы. Аудиогид - это супер удобно, включила у Спасских ворот и следовала его указаниям. Также посетила домик Петра и несмотря на зимнюю пору обошла всю территорию парка и набережную. Экскурсия очень насыщенная, потратмла 3 часа на посещение, вписавшись в мой график. Аудиогид с приятным голосом, доступно, интересно, познавательно. Очень легко было приобрести экскурсию, разобраться в пользовании,буду пользоваться вашими услугами и в дальнейших путешествиях🙌. Спасибо!
