Название мастер-класса переводится как «вкусный», а еще мы сделали из этого слова творческий шифр. «Т» — татарское приветственное чаепитие со сладостями. «А» — Альмира, гостеприимная хозяйка дома, потомок выходцев из Бухары в девятом поколении и татар с Поволжья. «М» — моменты радости, открытий, творчества и теплого общения. «Л» — любовь к своему народу, его истории, культуре, кухне и, конечно, к гостям. «Е» — еда: национальная, вкусная, сытная и разнообразная. Сложите всё это вместе — и вы поймете, каким чудесным будет этот день.
Что вас ожидает
Приветственное чаепитие с традиционной выпечкой
Вас встретят в татарском доме с теплом и уютом, как давнего друга. Перед мастер-классом за чаепитием вы откроете историю бухарских юрт, узнаете о быте и традициях татар. А на столе для вас будет аппетитная национальная выпечка, приготовленная самой хозяйкой: урама, балан бялеш, кякяш — и это не всё!
Татарская кухня как зеркало культуры
На кулинарном мастер-классе вы откроете, какой удивительный этнос, словно слоеный пирог, составили сибирские татары, бухарцы и поволжские татары. И в процессе приготовления традиционного блюда поймете, как ярко национальная кухня отражает историю, нравы, обычаи и взаимопроникновение культур народов Сибири. Чтобы узнать татар Сибири, непременно нужно попробовать их гастрономические изделия, ну а еще лучше их, конечно, приготовить самим! На выбор вам предложат сделать:
- эчпочмак (татарские пирожки треугольной формы с куриным филе)
- токмач (тонкая татарская лапша)
- вак бялеш (круглые пирожки с картошкой и мясом)
- или ураму (праздничный татарский хворост)
Забытая история Западной Сибири
Бухарцы 700 лет назад принесли в Сибирь ислам, значительно повлияли на развитие образования, кожевенного промысла и ковроткачества. А потом исчезли, и сейчас о них помнят разве что тюркологи. В старинном квартале Янавыл с этой самобытной гранью Тюмени вас познакомит госпожа Альмира. В гостях у нее вы услышите о происхождении бухарцев, их сложном этническом составе, истории миграции в Сибирь, вкладе в местную культуру и причинах исчезновения в переписи населения в 20 веке.
Душевный прием Альмиры уже оценили многие путешественники из Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга, Томска, Екатеринбурга, Перми, Абакана и других городов. Участниками мастер-классов хозяйки были и высокие гости — Фёкла Толстая и Михаил Кожухов.

Попали на мастер-класс прямо с дороги, и нас уже ждал накрытый стол, прекрасная выпечка и очень вкусный чай. Познакомились с радушной хозяйкой, узнали историю сибирских татар. И научились делать татарские пирожки эчпочмаки. Это несложно и ооооочень вкусно. Неспешная беседа, погружение в традиции и обычаи. Как будто время остановилось, и мы смогли остановиться и примерить на себя не только татарские наряды, но и обычаи этих людей. Задуматься о взаимоотношениях со своими близкими, о том, что на самом деле ценно в нашей жизни.

Альмира просто кладезь информации по истории и быту татар в Тюмени. Очень гостеприимный и добрейший человек. Накормила, напоила душистым чаем. Научила готовить вкуснейшие эчпочмаки!!! В конце дружно сфотографировались в национальной одежде и пели песни!! Всем рекомендуем, до сих пор вспоминаем встречу с любовью!!!
