Шри-Ланка — это не только пляжный отдых на побережье, но и притягательные джунгли с водопадами, чайные плантации высокогорья и фантастически красивые серпантины. Комфортный автомобиль с кондиционером и прекрасный водитель. Проживание в 1 и 3 ночь были в хороших трехзвездночных отелях. Во вторую ночь в Нувара-Элия, был очень плохой отель. Погода была прохладная и сильно ветренная, отель сырой, продуваемый , разетки работают не все. Дали плохонький обогреватель, но который работает только через переходник- благо такой у нас был. Проспали с ним всю ночь под 2мя одеялами и подруга простыла. Гид плохо говорит по-русски и казалось вообще не заинтересован проводить экскурсию. Ничего не объясняет, приходилось вытягивать все из него, но через день и это надоело нам. Историю Шри-Ланки мы поняли сумбурно и мало что вообще узнали о Шри-Ланке. На 3й день по программе у нас был поезд Калипсо, но наш гид решил посадить нас на обычный поезд на остановке не далеко от плато Хортон и не париться, при этом нам ничего не сказав заранее. Когда ж мы сообщили что у нас заявлен другой поезд - он начал сначала говорить что это туристический поезд и сейчас не сезон и он не ходит. После долгого разговора с водителем , который видимо лучше понял про что мы говорим и позвонив туроператору - мы со скоростью света помчали на поезд. Программа в последние 2 дня из четврех рассчитана на большие переходы и подъемы высоты, имейте это ввиду , т.к. мы все это узнавали по факту. Предлагаем улучшить гида, проживание в Нувара-Элия и по маршруту написать как есть, так как заявленной чайной церемонии на высоте 2800 не было, т.к. это якобы ошибка на трипстере и не ждите ее.

Огромная благодарность Шаммике за организацию нашего чудесного путешествия по Шри-Ланке. Начиная с с обсуждения экскурсионной программы и вплоть до окончания нашей поездки Шаммика всегда был на связи, оперативно отвечал на все возникающие у нас вопросы. Экскурсионную программу Шаммика подобрал для нас чудесную, за 4 насыщенных экскурсионных дня мы успели посмотреть основные достопримечательности, насладиться природными красотами острова и многое узнать об истории, культуре и традициях страны. Отели, в которых мы останавливались переночевать между экскурсиями были также идеальными - от чистоты номера до питания. Путешествовали мы втроём: мама и две дочки, 8 и 11 лет, с 15 по 19 февраля 2024 года. Также Шаммика помог нам с бронированием отеля для пляжного отдыха после экскурсионной программы. На протяжении всего экскурсионного маршрута нас сопровождали совершенно замечательные, доброжелательные и внимательные сотрудники Шаммики, водитель и гид Налака. Отдельное спасибо нашему водителю за профессионализм - не смотря на удивительное по интенсивности движение на дорогах острова все перемещения были комфортными и спокойными. Также хотелось бы отметить честность Шаммики и всех его сотрудников - никаких скрытых доплат, повышения стоимости и прочих неприятных моментов у нас не возникло - всё четко и согласно договоренностям.

Ездили в 4-дневный тур. ЧТО ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ: Сопровождение Гид Виран хорошо говорит по-русски, дружелюбный и заботливый. Не было никаких конфликтов и напряжённых моментов. Водитель Ранга прекрасно водит машину, мы чувствовали себя в безопасности. Очень комфортный минивэн, особенно если учесть, что мы были в нём всего втроём. Содержание тура Отличный баланс культурных и природных достопримечательностей. Удачно продуман маршрут: переезды небольшие (1-3 часа), по пути остановки на смотровых площадках или перекусить. Хорошо, что организаторы не пытались упихать в тур как можно больше достопримечательностей: иначе бы приходилось ехать с утра до ночи и в голове бы всё перемешалось. Здесь как раз был комфортный объём впечатлений. Отели Видно, что отели для ночёвок подобраны с умом. Комфортные, расположены в красивых местах. Отели в Канди и Элле – с прекрасными видами. ПЛОХО: в отеле в Элле (Ella Red Rock) была отвратительная еда - рис и лапша, пережаренные в вонючем масле. Зато там терраса и великолепный вид на горы. В отеле в Нувара-Элии, напротив, ужин был замечательный - обильный и вкуснейший. ЧТО НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ Непрозрачность цен В программе тура было предупреждение, что в стоимость не входят входные билеты на достопримечательности. Но не было точно сказано, какие билеты сколько стоят. Это выяснялось уже по ходу тура, и билеты были довольно дорогие. В слоновий питомник - 15 долларов, на шоу - 2000 рупий, в горный заповедник - 12 000 рупий и так далее. Мы не против дополнительных трат, но предпочли бы заранее быть к ним готовыми. Выбор ресторанов для обедов На обеды нас привозили в рестораны со шведскими столами, стоимость 1800-2000 рупий на человека. Но еда не везде была вкусная. Мы бы предпочли обычный формат - блюдо на заказ. Отсутствие запасных вариантов В один из дней планировался мини-поход по горному заповеднику (плато Хортон). Но утро выдалось дождливым и туманным, и гид отсоветовал туда идти, потому что мы ничего не увидим. В тот же день случилась и другая неожиданность - отменили горный поезд, на котором мы должны были ехать. Однако никаких запасных вариантов на непредвиденный случай не было. В итоге в тот день мы (по собственной инициативе) выполнили программу следующего дня, а на следующий день самостоятельно спланировали новый маршрут, посмотрев по карте попутные достопримечательности. К чести гида и Шаммики, они с нашим планом согласились, так что всё прошло хорошо. Кстати, на поезде мы всё-таки покатались на другой день, полчаса вместо запланированных двух. И были этому рады, потому что два часа на поезде точно делать нечего.

Отличная экскурсия, очень понравилось. Маршрут полностью соответствовал нашим ожиданиям. сопровождение в ходе экскурсий и трансфер - на высшем уровне. По нашему желанию гид дополнительно заезжал туда, куда мы просили по дороге (на фабрику драг.камней, местное кафе стрит-фуда, магазин, и т.д.). Хотелось бы, конечно, чтобы гид больше сам рассказывал, а не только отвечал на наши вопросы

Ездили на экскурсию в январе.Маршрут интересный, для группы с ребенком не утомительный, полный прекрасных впечатлений. Машина удобная с кондиционером. Водитель замечательный. Все что было в программе посмотрели. Вместе с экскурсоводом выбрали отель на океане и ещё был рекомендован хороший ресторан, в котором мы ужинали оставшиеся дни после экскурсии . Спасибо!
