Описание

Нижний Новгород многогранен, с ним можно познакомиться разными способами. Я предлагаю вам не самый стандартный, зато уж точно незабываемый и погружающий в нетуристическую атмосферу живого города — рейд по барам в самом сердце Нижнего. Пивной, винный, коктейльный или настоечный маршрут — выбирать вам. Я проработала 10 лет в сфере общепита и знаю, чем вас удивить и порадовать :)

Что вас ожидает

Эта прогулка максимально гибкая. Вы выберете её наполнение, а я как человек с большим опытом расскажу про интересные сочетания, объясню, почему нужно пить Каберне с картошкой-фри, а тёмное пиво с чизкейками. Вы услышите про старейшее производство пива в городе и Нижегородское вино, произведённое в Италии; откроете секреты приготовления лучших настоек дома. Итак, каковы же варианты нашего путешествия?

🍷 Винный маршрут. Дегустация вин по странам и регионам с интересными вкусовыми сочетаниями.

🍺 Пивной маршрут. Побываем в гастропабе главной пивоварни Нижнего, где попробуем пиво прямо из бочек. Вы оцените местное пиво из Афонино — Китежбрау, посетите частную пивоварню — Батч&Датч — и старейшую пивоварню города. Также немного зацепим область — попробуем Лысковское пиво. А ещё вас ждет пиво в немецком и в бельгийском стиле и несколько крафтовых сортов от местных пивоваров.

🍸 Коктейльный маршрут. Оцениваем подачу и разгадываем комбинации вкусов. В этом туре не место классическим коктейлям — только особенные вкусовые сочетания.

🍒 Ура, настойки! Все они будут на местных ягодах, а иногда даже на овощах. Что-то будет традиционным, что-то — полётом фантазии от наших барменов.

А для тех, кто любит эксперименты (протестированные мной, разумеется), есть вариант всё замиксовать. Единственное, что мы не мешаем — это пиво с вином. В остальном я развею мифы о понижении и повышении градусов 😉

В рамках каждой программы мы посетим 4-5 баров/ресторанов и будем, конечно, не только пить, но и есть. Вы сможете отведать нетривиальные закуски. Для пивного маршрута — несколько видов традиционных нижегородских пирогов, волжская рыба и мясо с наших ферм, сыр локального производства. Для остальных вариантов — современные фингер-закуски от наших шеф-поваров, в интересной подаче и со свежими вкусовыми сочетаниями.

Алкогольные мекки Нижнего
Все они находятся в центре города, поэтому вы увидите не только интерьеры питейных заведений, но и добрую часть того, что показывают на обзорных экскурсиях. Мы пройдём по самой «движовой» улице — Рождественской, увидим многие арт-объекты от проекта уличного искусства «Место», осмотрим особняки 18-19 вв., в которых как раз и расположились многие бары и рестораны, проветримся на набережной и посмотрим на вечерний город с холма. Но вернёмся к интерьерам: они очень атмосферны и интересны своим дизайном, а в некоторых можно увидеть выставки местных художников!

Ангелина оказалась еще и художником, прекрасные картины, которые можно купить на память о городе, экскурсии и очень вкусных местах!

Я напишу коротко. к концу экскурсии у меня закончились эмоции. я настолько бвл переполнен ими и восхищен, что и слова тоже закончились. Ангелина пример человека, который знает любит и профессионально делает то, что делает! а это всегда вызывает восхищение.

С этой экскурсии надо начинать, в первые дни, не откладывайте на последний день, иначе просто не успеете воспользоваться полученной информацией. Определенно к рекомендуемым экскурсиям для взрослых, кто ещё балуется спиртными напитками и любит вкусно поесть блюда местной кухни!

Все прошло отлично: интересный маршрут, атмосферные заведения, локальная кухня. Ангелина поддержала общий настрой нашей компании, всегда предлагала варианты на выбор и отлично добавила объекты субкультуры НН в маршрут.

Были на экскурсии 11 апреля, остались очень довольны. Увидели места, о которых не пишут путеводители, получили рекомендации по местным товарам и ресторанам. Алина очень приятная, харизматичная девушка, не пожалели, что отправились в такое приключение
