Описание

Вы узнаете о повседневной жизни казаков и их любви к чаю — от приготовления и сервировки до интересных традиций и ритуалов. Я росла в атмосфере этих старинных обычаев и поделюсь знаниями, «приправленными» личным опытом. Увидите позабытые предметы быта, которые могли встречаться в детстве в гостях у бабушек и прабабушек. А в завершение примете участие в традиционном чаепитии с пирогами на исторической казачьей кухне 19 века.

Познакомиться с традициями донских казаков
Чай и чаепитие были центральной частью жизни донских казаков. Напиток подавала хозяйка дома или ее старшая дочь. Считалось, они передавали свое хорошее настроение вместе с кружкой. Кроме того, чайная церемония была важным социальным ритуалом: сменяя чашку за чашкой, за столом решались важные дела. ​​​​​​​Как человек, проживший всю жизнь на Дону и увлеченный историей родного края, я бы хотела познакомить вас с его богатым культурным наследием. Я росла в окружении этих старинных традиций и знаю их по личному опыту. А еще я помогу вернуть вам полузабытые детские воспоминания, ведь во время чаепития вы вновь увидите предметы, которые были в обиходе у ваших бабушек и прабабушек.

Чаепитие с пирогами
На кухне атамана Ефремова (историческое здание, принадлежащее музейному комплексу Атаманское подворье) мы поговорим о культурных традициях казаков. Вы узнаете:

  • С какой целью казаки переворачивали чашку вверх дном и клали сверху кусочек сахара?
  • Почему подача чая «с полотенцем» считалась знаком большого уважения?
  • Почему сваха просила невесту принести ей чашку из другой комнаты?
  • Много это или мало: выпить 8 чашек чая подряд?

Вы увидите интерьер традиционной казачьей кухни и познакомитесь с предметами быта: самоварами, чайниками, подстаканниками, кусачками для сахара и другими вещами, вышедшими из обихода. Я расскажу об истории появления чая в России и на Дону. Поговорим о семейных традициях: сватовстве, крестинах, разговорах с кумушками. А заодно разучим несколько пословиц и поговорок донских казаков, связанных с чаем.
А после лекции вас будет ждать чашечка ароматного чая с традиционными пирогами и донской «сушкой».

  • Чаепитие проходит в станице Старочеркасской. Поездка на личном автомобиле из Ростова-на-Дону занимает 40-60 минут. На автобусе путь занимает 2 часа (пришлем информацию, как доехать).

Что ожидаешь от чаепития? Хотя бы самовар и хороший чай. Естественно этого не было. Ставлю тройку только за старание сотрудников музея. Чай какой-то местный, вероятно, заваренный из пакетика, абсолютно невкусный. Неужели нельзя заварить хороший черный чай? Хорошо, что чай наливали в чашки, а не пластиковые стаканы. Угощения к чаю были тоже так себе, вероятно, из пятерочки. Абсолютно негативное мероприятие, которое я бы не хотел повторить еще раз. Еще не понравилось, что организатор заранее писал и просил перевести деньги по номеру телефона, что было очень подозрительно. Так делать не нужно.

Очень понравилась экскурсия 19 октября 2024 года, были приятно удивлены наполнением экскурсии, подачи информации гидом и общением. Гид, жаль вот только не представилась, но мы были так увлечены , что забыли спросить имя, очень рассказывала интересно и показала много чего из казацкой утвари за 1 час, кроме того и развлекала весело. Попили чаек с вкусными пирогами и в целом всё прошло классно. Будем рекомендовать ваши экскурсии и сами пользоваться при поездках в другие города!

Все было очень душевно и вкусно. Интересный рассказ, вкусный пирог и чай, не захотелось сразу уезжать и мы попросили ещё обзорную экскурсию по музею и не пожалели.

Прекрасный гид Любовь Ивановна провела атмосферную лекцию о трациях чаепития на Дону, а также 10 днями ранее обзорную экскурсию по станице Старочеркасской (для нашей семьи - двое взрослых и трое мальчиков 3,5 года, 9 и 12 лет - это было первое посещение станицы). Заказывая лекцию про чаепитие с пирогами ориентировались прежде всего на детей))). Но и сами остались в полнейшем восторге! Журчащая, плавная речь Любови Ивановной, ее казачий наряд, историческое место проведения лекции ( летняя кухня подворья атамана Ефремова) и возможность брать в руки все множество предметов с которыми было связано чаепитие у казаков - все это погрузило нас в уютную, аутентичную и "вкусную" атмосферу казачьего быта. Содержание лекции замечательное! Любовь Ивановна не просто читает текст - она общается, задает вопросы (иногда интригующие)), вспоминает и свое детство. Некоторые предметы (сахарница, ложечки, чайник, щипчики для сахара) оказались для меня родными - у моей бабушки были такие же)). Лекция завершилась чаепитием (дети ликовали)))! Пироги очень вкусные! Нас, родителей очень порадовал чай - безумно ароматный, с травами. Тут же напишу, что рекомендуем и обзорную экскурсию по станице в обществе Любови Ивановны. Информации много, но без перегруза. Рассказ выверенный, четкий, яркий, эмоциональный! Любовь Ивановна, спасибо вам за вашу работу, искреннее гостеприимство и незабываемые впечатления, которые вы нам подарили!))

Добрый день! Мы вместе с детьми остались довольны! Пироги очень вкусные! А детям особенно понравилось, что им давали подержать в руках музейные экспонаты, тактильный контакт очень им важен!
