Описание
Обычно, когда речь заходит об истории Пятигорска, называют имена его знаменитых гостей — Пушкина, Лермонтова, Толстого. Я же предлагаю разглядеть приметы прошлого на фасадах домов, пестрящих необычными деталями. Вы узнаете, как в городе сочетаются модерн, классицизм и эклектика. Разберётесь в многообразии строительных материалов. Отыщете дома знаменитостей и узнаете, куда они поселили литературных «героев своего времени».
Что вас ожидает
Рождение курорта
В начале XIX века Пятигорск не мог порадовать хорошими условиями для лечения. Прибывшие на воды размещались в калмыцких кибитках или солдатских бараках. И за баснословные деньги! Курорт начинает развиваться лишь после прибытия на Кавказ генерала Ермолова. Благодаря ему создаются парки, строятся прогулочные галереи и уникальные дома. О них и будет мой рассказ.
Благородное собрание
На авто-пешеходной прогулке я открою для вас ландшафтную архитектуру старого Пятигорска. Вы узнаете, какие дома являлись усадьбами, кто в них жил и какой вклад эти люди внесли в развитие курорта. Оцените неожиданные инженерные решения и изящный декор. Узнаете о новаторском принципе городской планировки и причинах его архитектурного расцвета.
Маршрут экскурсии проходит по улицам Кирова, Карла Маркса, Лермонтова, Братьев Бернардацци и бульвару Гагарина. Будем делать остановки для фото, рассматривать фасады в поисках мемориальных табличек и догадываться, какие из домов были прославлены в романах классиков. Вы увидите:
- Казённую гостиницу — культовое место, которого больше нет
- Отель «Эрмитаж» — самый нарядный дом в некурортной части Пятигорска
- Ресторацию — там развлекалась приезжавшая на воды знать
- Лермонтовские ванны — лечебница, где классик «вёл жизнь настоящей утки»
- Дом Реброва — в его стенах Пушкин «принял 19 ванн и отдал за оные 19 рублей»

Отличная экскурсия, не стандартный маршрут. Интересный. Этим и понравилось. Подмечено много интересных мест, наверное пройдешь мимо и не оценишь, а с экскурсией как раз можно узнать что за дом, кто жил, историю.

Я не ошиблась с выбором темы экскурсии. Это наше первое знакомство с Пятигорском. История в домах позволила узнать город с разных сторон в разные эпохи. Экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании. Передвигались на авто, что позволило уделить больше внимания историческим локациям, душевненько провели время за просмотром старых фото в исторической кофейне. Кирилл очень начитанный и разносторонний рассказчик. Спасибо!
