Описание

Так уж повелось у древних ингушей, что гора Мят-Лоам (известная также как Столовая) притягивала желающих совершить обряды и обратиться к богам. В наши дни прогулка к её вершине в компании местного гида-проводника станет идеальным путешествием — несложным и захватывающим. Если вы отправились покорять Кавказ, то Мят-Лоам — место, где обязательно стоит побывать.

Что вас ожидает

Суровая горная сказка
Если смотреть на гору Мят-Лоам из Владикавказа, она кажется неприступной. Но несмотря на покатые склоны, её вершина представляет собой плато — отсюда и название Столовая. Хорошо утоптанная тропинка змейкой вьётся от подножия до отметки 3003 м, пройти по ней можно круглый год. По пути — родник с ключевой водой, пещеры абреков, древние святилища, ухоженные сёла и аулы… И конечно, панорамы гор и захватывающие дух легенды!

Как проходит восхождение

  • Взобраться на вершину Столовой горы под силу даже тем, кто ни разу не был в походе. Примерно половину пути вы проделаете на автомобиле, остальную часть — пешком. Специальная подготовка не требуется, но стоит заранее оценить, насколько вы готовы к перепадам давления на высоте.
  • Начало маршрута во Владикавказе, путь до подножия горы по Военно-Грузинской дороге займёт около 50 минут.
  • До села Бейни (1580 м) мы поедем по грунтовой дороге, пригодной для любого автотранспорта. Увидим башенный комплекс и обсудим подробности сражений, которые дали название селу.
  • Совершим заброску как можно ближе к началу горного серпантина (учитывая погоду и состояние дорог). Остановимся у горного родника, чтобы набрать воды перед подъёмом.
  • Недлинный, но довольно крутой серпантин выведет нас на седловину горы. Ура, самая сложная часть пути позади!
  • Привал сделаем возле храма Мят-Сели (2540 м) — сакрального места для ингушей. Здесь вы узнаете, как проходили обрядовые моления о дожде и богатом урожае, а также турниры лучших джигитов. Отсюда отчетливо просматривается самый восточный пятитысячник Кавказа — Казбек.
  • Спустя 1,5-2 часа мы окажемся на вершине горы Мят-Лоам (3003 м). Наградой за упорство станут потрясающие виды на Владикавказ, Джейрахское ущелье и Эльбрус — самую высокую гору в Европе. А чай из горных трав и небольшой перекус придадут сил. На обратном пути посмотрим на стадо яков, мирно пасущихся на горе.

  • Путешествие проходит в приграничной зоне: при себе обязательно иметь паспорт гражданина РФ. Если с вами поедут дети, возьмите документы на них.
  • Иностранные граждане должны оформить пропуск в Пограничном Управлении Республики Ингушетии за 30 дней до даты въезда

Спасибо за восхождение. К сожалению до самой вершины мы добраться не сумели - ещё лежал снег. Виды очень красивые. Метров на 600 (по высоте) от селения нас добросили на Ниве. Спуск достаточно тяжелый из-за резкого уклона.

Спасибо, отличная экскурсия! Дорогие друзья, учитывайте, что это горы. Наш гид пытался подобрать оптимальное время для восхождения, сначала это было раннее утро, но из-за ночного ливня перенесли на попозже. Мы доверились нашему гиду Магомеду и чувствовали себя в безопасности, даже когда спускались в сплошном тумане, где не видно впереди идущего человека. Не смотря на туман, виды потрясающие! Мы не увидели Казбек, но туман, то поднимающийся, а то расходящийся добавил магии этим местам. Подъëм осилили все, от 11 лет до 40+.

Из-за плохой погоды восхождение на Столовую гору не состоялось. Но организатор предложил альтернативу: путешествие по горной Ингушетии.Путешествие получилось потрясающим: великолепные виды, памятники истории, головокружительные ущелья и скалы... За подъем по канатной дороге отдельное 💓 . Гид Рустам очень тактичный, деликатный. Лика, спасибо, что предложили именно эту экскурсию! В самое 💓. Организация мероприятия продумана очень четко, организатор всегда на связи. Всем рекомендую побывать в этом путешествии.

Восхождение - просто восторг! Комфортно, интересно. Если повезет попасть в солнечную погоду, вам откроется потрясающий вид на Кавказский хребет. Главное, не забывайте про спф))

Забронировала данную экскурсию для сына 17 лет и двух его друзей. Переживала, конечно, как они там справятся. Но, как оказалось, переживала я зря! Организатор Лиана была всегда на связи, отвечала на все мои и парней вопросы и беспокоилась о них. Из-за большого количества снега в горах восхождение на Столовую гору было невозможно. Но, несмотря на это, все участники остались в полном восторге от видов, которые им показал гид. Получилась альтернативная поездка по Ингушетии. Мое материнское огромнейшее спасибо всем, кто принимал участие в организации экскурсии!!!! Теперь мы знаем, к кому обращаться за экскурсиями, если очутимся во Владикавказе - к Лиане и ее команде!
