Наше гастрономическое путешествие с Люсине началось с, не побоюсь этого слова, жемчужины Еревана - Каскада. Если быть точнее, мы договорились встретиться у знаменитой бронзовой скульптуры "Кот" Фернандо Ботеро. Вечер обещал быть мистическим, завораживающим... и delicious ("вкусным"). Так и было на самом деле. Город закрутил нас в вихре необычайных ароматов и приятных взору осенне-зимних картинок жизни Еревана. Дегустация началась с армянского блюда Кялагеш. Наши вкусовые рецепторы говорили нам "спасибо": от нежнейшей вареной чечевицы и выжатого мацони и лука, а также сушеного, таящего во рту лаваша. Это было не привычное для нас блюдо, которое в итоге мы вкушали с большим удовольствием и аппетитом. Сам ресторанчик очень уютен и любопытен, особенно если интересуетесь армянскими традициями гастрономии. Рекомендуем заглянуть и посмотреть, не пожалеете! Далее нам надлежало постичь особенности street food. Были вкуснейшие лепешки с зеленью. Затем лепешки Lahmajo с мясом в очень атмосферном заведении... Всего не перечислить! Позже мы оказались в Таверне Ереван, где отведали толму и салат из авелука (пальчики оближешь! и полезно) В перерывах между приемами блюд мы прогуливались по прекрасным улочкам Еревана и слушали очень внимательно Люсине. Благодаря нашему гиду мы узнали столько всего о ставшем уже любимом городе... Помимо исторических и культурологических фактов, Люсине, обладая энциклопедическими знаниями, погрузила нас в мир тайн и мистики. Например, когда мы гуляли по парку "Поплавок", увидели вишапа. Их несколько в Ереване. Все они были привезены с Гегамских гор (недалеко от озера Севан). Вишапакары («драконовы камни») ставились у истоков рек, на берегах озер и поблизости от воды. Скорее всего это были изваяния мифического дракона, защищающего источник воды. А чего стоит ожившее на стене (благодаря современным технологиям) изображение знаменитого композитора! Завершением нашего путешествия стал бар "Ин вино", где мы попробовали белое вино местного производителя под прошюто и сыр от фермы Микаелян. Единственное, о чем мы сожалели, что экскурсия наша закончилась, и нам пришлось расстаться с нашей любимой Люсине! Всем рекомендуем от чистого сердца!

Прекрасная экскурсия, чтоб узнать Армению с вкусной стороны. Мы побывали в трёх разных заведениях попробовав национальные блюда. В последнем ресторане были артисты, которы исполняли национальную музыку на аутентичных музыкальных инструментах и пел солист нардные и современные песни. Лусине рассказала не только о тех блюдах которые мы съели, но и в целом о национальной кухне, о том что любят есть и готовить местные жители на праздники и в повседневной жизни. Отдельное спасибо за приятные гастрономические подарочки и за то, что экскурсия состоялась, т.к. я была единственная кто её забронировал в этот день. Желаю процветания данному проекту и много довольных и сытых туристов.

Друзья, хотим поделиться впечатлениями от гастропрогулки. Вообще очень интересная идея для экскурсии, особенно в Армении, где,как оказалось , огромное количество по-настоящему вкусных продуктов и необычных сочетаний, и ещё замечательное вино, а не только всем известный коньяк. Мы посетили гастропрогулку в самом начале нашего пребывания в Армении и это было лучшим решением, т.к. позволило на первоначальном этапе поймать национальный вайб. Проникнуться атмосферой вечернего Еревана, насладиться национальной живой музыкой, оказаться в самом центре шумного веселья дружных компаний местных жителей, попробовать блюда, которые мы, наверное, сами бы не попробовали. Гастропрогулка - это не только про еду, это про национальный колорит,про знакомство с культурой страны через блюда ее локальной кухни, через трапезные традиции , историю возникновения того или иного блюда. Порадовало отношение гида. Человек увлеченный своим делом, стремящийся показать особенности своей культуры и страны. Гордится,чтит и с уважением относится к истории своего народа. Нам очень повезло и наша экскурсия оказалась индивидуальной, мы , конечно объелись и кроме всего прочего ушли ещё с полным пакетом оставшихся явств. Национальная кухня Армении разнообразная, яркая, необычная. Небольшая рекомендация: не стоит относиться к гастропрогулке как к просто ужину и возможности поесть и насытиться, ее назначение шире и объемнее. А, и ещё уточняйте по поводу оплаты, на трипстере стоит оплата в евро, но заплатили мы в итоге в местной валюте. Спасибо организаторам за гостеприимство и удивительное настроение. С самого начала у меня были растерянные чувства. Потом я приободрилась, потому что экскурсовод расположила меня к себе. А сейчас, взявшись за отзыв, я пересмотрела фотографии других участников, перечитала, что мы должны были есть, и поняла, что у меня была какая-то другая экскурсия… Во-первых, экскурсовод опоздала на полчаса. Я пришла к назначенному времени, запереживала, что никого нет. С трудом нашла WiFi. Увидела, что мне писали в три часа, буду ли я на экскурсии. А так как я не ответила, экскурсовод решила, что меня не будет. Но как же так? Бронь на Трипстере висит. Из еды я ела щавелевый суп (1500 драм), мацун и табуле, толму и три вида вина: мачар малиновый 50 гр, мачар виноградный 100 гр, и вино сорта арени 100 гр.
