Добро пожаловать на экскурсию с ароматом сыра! Вы посетите настоящую мастерскую в живописном поселении на самой границе с Эстонией. Познакомитесь с увлечённой мастерицей, которая передаст вам часть своих профессиональных знаний и поможет изготовить сыр. Самое сложное будет довезти его до дома и не съесть по дороге.

Что вас ожидает

  • До экопоселения в псковской глубинке вас доставит наш заботливый водитель
  • В дороге (а это около 50 минут) скучать не придётся. Специально для вас мы подготовили мультимедийный рассказ о красотах и удивительных местах Псковщины
  • На месте вас встретит хозяйка поселения — мастер-сыродел
  • Вы заглянете в волшебную сарайку с козами, кроликами и прочей живностью
  • Услышите вдохновляющие истории о сыре и сырных премудростях
  • Затем перейдёте от теории к практике — своими руками под чутким руководством профессионала изготовите сыр и заберёте его с собой
  • А после посидите в приятной компании за чаем или кофе, сделанном по старинному рецепту — из желудей на козьем молоке
  • Также вы сможете продегустировать и купить домашний авторский сыр

  • В стоимость включены трансфер на микроавтобусе Volkswagen Transporter T5 и мастер-класс
  • Чаепитие с домашними вкусностями, дегустация авторских фермерских сыров и деревенский обед — по желанию и оплачиваются отдельно

В рамках тура посетили хутор, принадлежащий семье Анны, где вкусно пообедали, познавательно провели время, готовя домашний сыр, продегустировали и другую продукцию и, конечно же затоварились понравившимися сырами 🥳☺️. Время пролетело быстро.
