Описание
Вы познакомитесь с устройством средневековых русских мельниц и мерами веса в древности. Услышите, как «разговаривает» настоящая мельница — да-да, у каждой свой неповторимый голос! Изготовите муку своими руками — и дома испечёте из неё чудесные блинчики или даже Колобка. А ещё у нас здесь не живут приведения, но зато поселилась коза-дереза Ася и ночуют на пруду гуси-лебеди, которых вы сможете покормить.
Что вас ожидает
- Вы узнаете, как были устроены русские средневековые мельницы
- Поработаете на жерновах и помелете зерно в муку
- По сусекам поскребёте и по амбарам приметёте
- Выясните, что такое косая сажень в плечах
- Попробуете измерить мельницу русским аршином
- Разберётесь, что такое пуд соли и фунт лиха
- Полученную муку упакуем в наши фирменные пакеты — и вы сможете дома испечь из неё великолепные блинчики, пироги, хлеб и всё, что пожелаете
Организационные детали
- До мельницы вам нужно добраться самостоятельно — мы находимся недалеко от Спасо-Прилуцкого монастыря (микрорайон Вологды Прилуки)
- Захватите корм для козы и гусей, вы и ваши дети сможете их покормить и сфотографироваться
- На мельнице нет отопления, в холодное время года одевайтесь тепло

Необычный мастер класс с погружением в историю приготовления муки из зерна! У стен старинного монастыря на берегу реки, в мельнице с жерновами 18 века мы намололи свой мешочек муки) . Рекомендую данную программу как взрослым так и детям! Алексей замечательно проводит мастер класс, интересный собеседник с отличным знанием истории! На мельнице вас будут встречать разговорчивые и общительные белоснежные, упитанные гуси , которых вы сможете покормить.

Очень рекомендую этот мастер-класс, и для детей и для взрослых. Алексей очень интересно рассказал и про зерно и про обычаи крестьян. Мы и мололи и сеяли и забрали с собой около 0,5кг муки. Спасибо большое!

Познавательная, не обычная, интересная экскурсия с МК. Алексей был в постоянном диалоге с нами. Приятный бонус-мука собственного помола. С нетерпением ждем приезда домой, что б испечь вкусный и полезный хлебушек. Как же здорово, что есть люди которые хранят, восстанавливают, делятся своими знаниями по истории нашей страны
