Вас ждёт кулинарное путешествие по лучшим местам Домбая, где вас познакомят с секретами карачаевских блюд. Знаменитые «солнечные» хычины, всевозможные супы, шорпа и шашлык — глаза разбегаются! Будет всё как вы любите: большие порции, красивая сервировка, отменный вкус. Гостеприимные местные жители встретят вас как дорогих гостей и проводят как старых друзей.

🏔 Из Кисловодска мы отправимся в сторону самого высокогорного перевала в России. По дороге вы услышите о самом «сырном месте» Карачаево-Черкесии.

🏔 На перевале Гум-Баши вы побываете на дегустации карачаевских лепёшек и высокогорного чая. Узнаете о разновидностях хычинов (всего их более 10!) и их связи с тюркскими народами и тенгрианством.

🏔 В посёлке Домбай мы пересядем на подъёмник и отправимся в горы. Там вас ждёт обед в национальном ресторане северокавказской кухни. В меню будут следующие блюда:

  • традиционные супы: шорпа, упре, щипс, хинкель
  • кукурузные лепёшки нартук-чыржин
  • отварной цыпленок (торта)
  • баранья лопатка (джау-орун)
  • сохта (ливерная колбаса)
  • рагу из птицы (гедлибже)
  • шашлык из мяса или птицы
  • плов

🏔 На обратном пути заедем в форелевое хозяйство — устроим рыбалку с обучением национальным приёмам ловли. Пойманную рыбу приготовят на мангале, и мы поужинаем на природе.

08.04.2024 посетили экскурсию гастрономические сокровища Домбая с посещением форелевого хозяйства и рыбалкой. В восторге и взрослые, и дети! Несмотря на длительную продолжительность, все прошло как на одном дыхании. Мурат рассказал много нового и интересного об обычаях, традициях и истории края. Красивая дорога, завтрак в горах , перевал, табуны лошадей, овцы, ослик, подъемники, рыбалка-понравилось абсолютно все! Рекомендую к посещению! Организаторам и гидам спасибо)

Маршрут очень впечатлил, нам как людям с Севера … горы, зелень, скалы радовали глаз! Очень приятно, что не стояли очередь на подъемниках на Домбае. Организатор все очень быстро оформил. Показал места куда надо идти, смотреть и восхищаться). Завтрак у в горах с сыром и медом волшебный, шашлык из баранины в ваших краях сказочный! С детками советую заехать на форелевое хозяйство и половить рыбку. Вам сразу приготовят ваш улов, и детским эмоциям не будет предела! Очень понравилось, спасибо!
