Описание

«Жар-птицы» — так за яркость костюма называли некрасовских казачек. А некрасовцы — это потомки донских казаков. Они замкнуто прожили в Турции 250 лет, благодаря чему на чужбине появилась уникальная культура, сочетающая старинные русские и восточные традиции. С этим феноменом вы и познакомитесь в нашем подворье, узнаете много интересного и полакомитесь казачьими угощениями.

Что вас ожидает

В гостях у казачьей семьи

Мы покажем вам быт ранних казаков в хате 1902 года. В парадной комнате вы увидите такие колоритные предметы, как сидячий столик, восточный диван со стенными подушками, скамью невесты, сундук с национальными одеждами 17 века и русскими головными уборами: девичьей связкой, кокошником, рогатой кичкой и бабичьим платком. Вы узнаете:

  • зачем нужно подавать кофе в постель
  • о чем считалочка «эники, бэники ели вареники»
  • что такое загашник и подоплёка
  • почему раньше кичились и многое другое

Забавы по-казачьи
Вы научитесь играть в старинные казачьи игры: боулинг (или катку яиц), косточки, малый и большой рогач — эти развлечения подходят как для взрослых, так и для детей.

Чаепитие
Хозяюшка проводит вас в кунацкую (комнату для гостей) на чайную церемонию кейф, во время которой поведает легенды и сказки допетровских времён! И конечно же, угостит вас:

  • чёрным чаем «Тавшан Каны», запаренным сухим способом в течение 2 часов в двухэтажном чайничке кайданлык
  • сладким сдобным пирогом «Кете» с начинкой из жареной на домашнем сливочном масле муки и сахара
  • пирогом «Плящинда» с начинкой из домашнего солёного сыра брынза
  • пирогом «Харюшка» с начинкой из домашней курочки с томатами и кунжутом
  • садэ-лукумом, который вы будете есть особыми казачьими вилочками (остичками)

Наше подворье находится в 2 км от города Пятигорск по адресу Предгорный район, село Садовое, ул. Мира 136. Добраться до нас можно на собственном авто, на такси, общественном транспорте от Верхнего рынка (109 маршрутка/автобус).

Я чудесно провела время! Наталья и ее дочь невероятно приятные и гостеприимные люди. Побывала в традиционном казачьем доме, послушала увлекательную историю Некрасовских казаков, поиграла в традиционные игры и конечно отведала национальную кухню. Лепешка с сыром и сладкий пирог бомба! Спасибо еще раз!

Были семьей в гостях у некрасовских казаков! Наталья, потомственная некрасовская казачка, очень интересно рассказала нам об удивительной истории, быте и обычаях этого, уже очень малочисленного народа! Удивительное место! Как замечательно, что есть люди, которые помнят традиции своих предков, чтят их и знакомят нас с ними. Абсолютное погружение в эпоху. Уходить после экскурсии совершенно не хотелось. Наталья, спасибо Вам за массу положительных эмоций ❤️

Казачье Подворье в Пятигорске. Это место - кусочек настоящей казачьей старины — уютное, аутентичное. Особенно понравилась гостеприимная атмосфера, доброжелательное отношение Натальи и Елены и искреннее желание поделиться культурой казачьего быта. Очаровательна представительница молодого поколения которая поучаствовала с нами в традиционных играх. Нас угостили специально заваренным чаем и традиционными казачьими пирогами, каждый из которых был вкусным и приготовлен с любовью. Также стоит отметить возможность познакомиться с казачьими обычаями именно казаков-некрасовцев. Интересна история и судьба некрасовцев. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет окунуться в атмосферу казачьей культуры и провести время в приятной компании. Было очень тепло и душевно.
