Описание

Отправимся в Свияжск — загадочный остров-град. Я расскажу о его важных вехах — от Московского государства до современности. Поясню, для чего нужен был русский форпост близ столицы Казанского ханства, платили ли налоги монастыри при Петре I и как Свияжск стал центром духовной жизни. Вы полюбуетесь красивыми пейзажами и побываете на площади с удивительным акустическим эффектом.

Что вас ожидает

Я познакомлю вас с тремя эпохами Свияжска:

  • Московское государство 16–17 вв. Вы узнаете, как появился город, как за 28 дней возвели неприступную крепость и почему Свияжск — духовный центр казанских земель
  • Российская империя 18–19 вв. Я расскажу, как изменилась церковная жизнь при Петре I и Екатерине II и как императрица объявила о секуляризации монастырских земель
  • 20 век. Это печальная страница в истории Свияжска, когда он стал свидетелем гражданской войны а затем превратился в «остров скорби и печали». И как возродился в настоящее время

Вы побываете в Богородице-Успенском монастыре, который включён в список всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО, а также:

  • Посетите Иоанно-Предтеченский монастырь и услышите о его необычной судьбе
  • Увидите самую старинную деревянную церковь Поволжья, где бывал Иван Грозный — Троицкую
  • Прогуляетесь по главной площади Свияжска — Рождественской и разгадаете её секрет
  • Заглянете в Ленивый торжок, где по желанию поучаствуете в интерактивах или выпьете чаю из самовара

После у вас будет свободное время для прогулки или посещения одного из музеев.
