Описание

Если вы полагаете, что уже хорошо изучили Армению, посетив все достопримечательности Еревана, местные храмы и монастыри, то вы глубоко заблуждаетесь. Вам непременно стоит познакомиться ещё и с районами вокруг горы Арагац. А чтобы дополнить впечатления, мы угостим вас настоящим хашем. Для нас это не просто блюдо, а символ армянской культуры и традиций (ну и повод вкусно поесть!).

Что вас ожидает

Священная вершина
Гора Арагац — самая высокая точка на территории Армении. Она разделяет несколько армянских областей и географически является важным ориентиром. По дороге из Еревана вы убедитесь, насколько богата местная природа: нам встретится множество небольших озер, а также истоки нескольких рек. Увидите остатки старинных святилищ и покинутых древних поселений. А ещё побываете на берегах ледникового озера Кари, лежащего на высоте 3207 метров в зоне вершинного оледенения горы.

Армянское застолье
После посещения озера Кари мы угостим вас традиционным армянским блюдом — хашем в национальном ресторане, который находится рядом с горой Арагац. Исторически такой суп считался едой бедняков, но сегодня он крайне популярен. Классический хаш готовят из говяжьих копыт, голени и желудка. Считается, что хаш символизирует отношение армянского народа к своему наследию: в жизни нельзя ничего выбрасывать, никогда не знаешь, что пригодится и принесёт пользу. Гид расскажет и другие легенды, связанные с этим блюдом, а затем научит правильно есть его.

Ездили на экскурсию втроём. Конечной точкой нашего маршрута была крепость Амберд (из-за плохой погоды подняться до озера Кари было нельзя). Может, эта точка даже интереснее озера :) есть, что посмотреть, виды тоже красивые. Всем довольны, гид Даниэль выстроил наш маршрут очень лаконично, посетили несколько красивых мест по дороге до крепости. И понравилось аутентичное завершение обедом с хашем.
