Тосканская кухня очень простая, вкусная и полезная! Отведать типичные блюда можно в местных трактирах и семейных ресторанах, а если хотите научиться их готовить сами — добро пожаловать на кулинарный мастер-класс, который мы устраиваем с моим другом итальянским шеф-поваром Мауро!

Что вас ожидает

Кулинарная школа и семейный ресторан Мауро находится в красивом месте посреди оливковой рощи и виноградников Кьянти. После кулинарного урока мы отправимся на небольшую экскурсию по этому замечательному городу, который, кстати, внесен в список наследия ЮНЕСКО. Семейный ресторан и просто тосканский гостеприимный дом, где проходят кулинарные уроки, обладает невероятной энергетикой, а с уютной кухни и террасы, где вы будете готовить и кушать обед по-итальянски, открывается незабываемый вид на поля Тосканы и средневековый Манхэттен — Сан-Джиминьано.

Во время мастер-класса я расскажу вам про особенности тосканской кухни, а Мауро откроет много интересных и полезных секретов итальянских шеф-поваров. Вы научитесь готовить домашнюю пасту, равиоли и тальятелли, спагетти и тортеллини, различные соусы для пасты, традиционные закуски и антипасто и, конечно, десерты. Большинство овощей и специй, оливковое масло Мауро берет из своего сада-огорода. Для вегетерианцев, веганов и людей с особенностями диеты у нас есть интересные, вкусные и необычные предложения.

Примерное меню для мастер-класса:

  • Антипасто (закуски): брускетта / цветки цуккини или брокколи в кляре / жареные артишоки (в зависимости от сезона)
  • Домашняя паста (тальятелле / тортеллини / равиоли / спагетти)
  • Десерт (тирамису / панакота / крем брюле / крема каталоне)

Все блюда, приготовленные собственными руками, вы сможете дегустировать с тосканскими винами. А еще вас ждет маленький сюрприз!

Организационные детали

Как проходит экскурсия

  • Начало в городе Чертальдо, куда вы можете доехать на электричке от вокзала Флоренция-Санта-Мария—Новелла (50 минут, 6 евро/человека). Я встречу вас у вокзала.
  • Продолжительность мастер-класса — 3 часа. Экскурсия по Сан-Джимьниано — 1 час.
  • Кулинарный урок не индивидуальный. Помимо нас на уроке могут присутствовать другие участники из разных стран. Максимальное количество человек — 10. Поездка в Сан-Джиминьано после кулинарного урока — индивидуальна.
  • Если у Мауро не будет на этот день мест, кулинарный урок можно провести в другом месте — в средневековом замке или небольшом agriturismo
  • Есть также возможность провести этот урок в городе Лукка — в доме известного итальянца, «короля» оливкового масла. В этом случае после урока будет прогулка по историческому центру города

Рекомендую совместить эту экскурсию с поездкой по Кьянти и дегустацией местных марочных вин (см. эту экскурсию). При заказе двух экскурсий в один день — скидка 20 евро с человека.

Татьяна супер профессионал! Урок организован великолепно с подробными объяснениями. Урок и вся экскурсия в целом прекрасно организована и с точки зрения логистики, и с точки зрения подачи информации. А, что самое важное, Татьяна великолепный человек, который откликается на любые просьбы и готова помочь и дать любую информацию, даже не связанную с самой экскурсией. Замечательный урок, точнее не поворачивается язык назвать просто уроком :). Прекрасный Шеф, удивительное место, полный восторг! С удовольствием приедем ещё раз. Рекомендую семьям с детьми, очень насыщенно, интересно, вкусно!

Безумно понравился кулинарный урок, который мы посетили в Тоскане. Татьяна огромный профессионал и потрясающий рассказчик, всё показала, объяснила, мы остались в восторге. Урок проходил у замечательного повара, который готовит так вкусно, что даже вегетарианцы начинают есть мясо:) ВЫВОД: Рекомендую каждому, кто хочет узнать вкус настоящей итальянской еды.
