Описание
Коканд — чистый, тихий, уютный и очень дружелюбный город с невероятной архитектурой. Вы увидите дворцы и усыпальницы древних правителей, фамильные дома купцов, напоминающие о традициях царской России. Рассмотрите нарядные мечети, оцените ухоженные улочки и услышите о местных традициях и культуре.
Что вас ожидает
Дворец Худояр Хана
В своё время для строительства дворца были приглашены более 300 мастеров со всего Кокандского ханства. Сегодня в его стенах размещается краеведческий музей, хранящий лишь фрагменты великих событий из жизни хана. О некоторых из них я расскажу. А также раскрою, кто разграбил имущество дворца и как некоторые предметы оказались в петербургском Эрмитаже.
Новые кварталы
Эта часть города возникла после вхождения Кокандского ханства в состав царской России. Здесь вы убедитесь, насколько архитектурный облик Коканда отличает его от других городов Средней Азии.
Комплекс Жами
Вы осмотрите террасу летней мечети и 99 колонн, поддерживающих деревянный навес. А я тем временем поделюсь секретами традиционной исламской росписи, которая украшает потолок.
Медресе Нарбутабека
Во время посещения архитектурного комплекса, состоящего из мечети, медресе и кладбища, вы узнаете, почему Коканду была уготована роль важного культурного центра. Изучите хронологию основных государственных реформ и проследите судьбы местных правителей.
Организационные детали
- Экскурсию можно провести в автопешеходном формате. Аренда транспорта оплачивается дополнительно: легковой седан + 40$ на весь день, минивэн — цена рассчитывается по запросу
- Входные билеты в некоторые объекты осмотра приобретаются на месте: 25 000 сум (200 руб.) с человека

Экскурсия длится 5 часов, но это не в ее пользу. Полезный материал, конечно, был, но он был перемешан с личными размышлениями гида. Формат экскурсии скорее получился как "прогулка с местным жителем", а не профессиональная экскурсия. Коканд как туристический город не развился пока, поэтому, возможно, и еще нет традиций проведения экскурсии. Хотелось бы немного более структурированной подачи материала, и, если отбросить "лишнее" вполне хватило бы 2-3 часов. Но как человек Умид безусловно интересен и во всем было видно, что он очень старается.

С Умидом мы провели в Коканде почти восемь часов вместо запланированных пяти. Помимо тех достопримечательностей. которые входили в экскурсию , Умид проводил нас по тем местам, куда самостоятельно попасть не получиться (на территории русского квартала). Мы пообедали в чайхоне, где не бывает туристов, расположенной в старом районе, побывали в запутанных переулках древних кварталов. Зашли в кондитерскую, где делают и продают знаменитую кокандскую халву (благодаря Умиду нас там встретили как дорогих гостей). Умид очень привязан к своему городу, хорошо его знает и может рассказать о нем на прекрасном русском языке.
