Описание

Если вы уже осмотрели древнеегипетское наследие в Гизе и Луксоре, то пора познакомиться с менее известными, но интереснейшими памятниками. Второй по величине храм Древнего Египта, Эдфу, отличается своей монументальностью и хорошей сохранностью. Далее мы отправимся к храму в Ком-Омбо, где вы узнаете больше о Себеке — боге-крокодиле.

Что вас ожидает

Мы побываем в двух храмах Эллинистического Египта. Вы узнаете больше об этом периоде, когда Египет вошёл в состав империи Александра Македонского, и о династии Птолемеев.

Храм Эдфу. До него мы доберёмся где-то за 1,5 часа. Этот храм посвящён богу-соколу Гору, защитнику царской власти и сыну Исиды и Осириса. Построенный между 237 и 57 годами до н. э., он считается наиболее хорошо сохранившимся культовым храмом в Египте.

Храм в Ком-Омбо. Едем в Асуан, где на возвышенности с видом на Нил расположено необычное святилище. Это двойной храм, посвящённый одновременно Гору (сокол) и Себеку (крокодил).

Благодарю за отличную экскурсию! Эдфу и Ком-Омбо произвели очень сильное впечатление: монументальный храм Гора в редкой сохранности, впечатляющий масштабом и необычный двойной храм Ком-Омбо, посвящённый сразу двум божествам — ни на что не похожи. Оба места красивые и однозначно стоят посещения! Экскурсия прошла в комфортном темпе, с интересным и подробным рассказом не только о мифологии, но и о повседневной жизни древних египтян. Отдельно хочется отметить удобный автомобиль и хорошую организацию поездки. При этом стоит быть готовым к длинной дороге — но она полностью оправдывается увиденным.

Были уже на второй экскурсии с Мухаммедом. Было очень познавательно и комфортно. Гид отвечал на все наши (даже повторяющиеся) вопросы, учитывал все наши пожелания. Вежливый, с юмором, часто знающий несколько исторических версий. Больше понравился храм Ком-Омбо. В конце экскурсии по нашей просьбе нас доставили в Асуан (там был хороший обед), помогли заселиться в гостинице, чтобы на следующий день съездить в Абу-Симбел.
