Описание

На экскурсии я расскажу истории о французской кухне и парижанах. Вы откроете для себя тонкий вкус свежей фуа-гра, копчёных колбас и чёрного трюфеля, узнаете о разных по предназначению сортах оливкового масла из Прованса, познакомитесь с шедеврами местных кондитеров и с многообразием легендарных сыров. И в результате — раскроете для себя все прелести французской кухни!

Что вас ожидает

Французский маркет: рай для гурманов

  • Начнём с прогулки по традиционному рынку — пройдём вдоль прилавков со свежей рыбой, гребешками и устрицами, перепёлками и цесарками
  • Заглянем в лавочки, где продают сыры и паштеты, оливки и маслины всевозможных цветов — и продегустируем вкуснейшие образцы с витрин
  • А в отделах с региональными продуктами полакомимся правильным фуа-гра и колбасами из Страны Басков, прованским оливковым маслом и тапенадой

От сыра к сладенькому

  • Вы попробуете различные сорта и попробуете разобраться в оттенках вкусов французских сыров (если захотите — выпьете бокал вина!)
  • Вы поймёте, почему местные не обходятся в своих трапезах без сыра и научитесь определять основные виды
  • На десерт — побалуем себя отменным французским шоколадом, пирожным, а может, и миндальным печеньем макарон — выбор за вами

Спасибо огромное, за замечательную экскурсию и увлекательный экскурс в гастрономический мир Франции. Прекрасная беседа и фееричные дегустации, вот что случилось с нами в эти волшебные полдня. :)

Полина- очень приятная девушка, но экскурсия совершенно не соответствует описанию, к сожалению. Это даже не экскурсия, а скорее сопровождение на рынок. Не было обещанных в описании историй о французской кухне и парижанах. Не узнали ни слова о разных по предназначению сортах оливкового масла из Прованса. По дегустации: 1. Вместо фуа-гра был обычный паштет 2. Вместо 7 видов французских сыров было 5 и самых обычных. В любой формаджери вам и так бесплатно все дадут попробовать 3. Из обещанного вообще не было: «оливкового масла и тапенады из Прованса, оригинальных видов меда, конфитюров и прочего»

Это не экскурсия, это откровенный обман. Мы добровольно отдали деньги, не желая портить себе настроение, но очень об этом сожалеем. Стыдно, что такой человек рекламируется на этом сайте. Всем настоятельно советуем отказаться от идеи проверить наш опыт.
