Описание

В Индонезии есть различные виды блюд из наси горенг — жареного риса. Их очень любят как путешественники, так и местные жители. Мы приглашаем вас прикоснуться к национальной кухне на кулинарном мастер-классе. Мы поделимся секретным семейным рецептом вкусного наси горенг с пряностями, а также научим вас готовить куэ дадар — блинчики с кокосом.

Что вас ожидает

Наша программа будет состоять из двух частей. Сначала вас ждёт мастер-класс по приготовлению традиционных балийских блюд — наси горенг и куэ дадар. Вы научитесь правильно варить белый рис, делать джем из кокоса, месить тесто из пшеничной муки и других секретных ингредиентов, о которых мы обязательно расскажем при встрече. А когда всё будет готово — насладитесь сделанными своими руками кулинарными шедеврами.

Мастер класс взяли в последний день отпуска перед отъездом. За 3 недели попробовали всякой индонезийской еды, но! Юля большая молодец, очень подробно рассказала и показала как правильно готовится индонезийские блюда. Приготовленное своими руками оказалось гораздо вкуснее, чем в ресторанах и кафе. Действие происходит на живописной террасе, среди рисовых полей. Прекрасно провели время, нам очень понравилось, рекомендуем! Отдельное спасибо Юлии за замечательный мастер класс и великолепный русский язык.

Огромное спасибо Юле за потрясающий мастер-класс по балийской кухне! Мы получили большое удовольствие от приготовления и поедания:) Лучшая еда, которую мы пробовали на Бали. Рекомендую прийти на обед или ужин с семьей, друзьями! Приготовление происходит на веранде с красивым видом. Восторг! Будем готовить теперь на родине, удивлять гостей!

Это просто великолепно! Во-первых, за 2 недели на Бали мы с детьми наконец-то очень вкусно поели. Во-вторых, это так мило, что мастер-класс в домашней обстановке. В-третьих, Юля - прекрасный кулинар и рассказчик
