Гарвард — старейший университет США, основанный первыми поселенцами в Бостоне в 1636 году. Как Гарвард стал таким выдающимся ВУЗом, какие знаменитые люди здесь учились, как живут гарвардские студенты и о каких тонкостях зачисления стоит знать абитуриентам? На экскурсии вы услышите об университете-легенде, осмотрите здания кампуса и посетите местные музеи.

На прогулке по историческому Гарвардскому двору (Harvard Yard) вы увидите Мемориальную церковь, крупнейшую университетскую библиотеку мира, учебные здания, построенные двумя легендарными архитекторами Америки 18-19 веков.

Музеи Гарварда

Во второй части прогулки мы посетим один или два музея (зависит от сезона и графика работы): музей естественной истории и музей искусств.

Организационные детали

  • Маршрут сравнительно длинный (3-4 км), мы пройдём примерно 7000-8000 шагов
  • Дополнительно оплачиваются кофе и ланч по меню. Входные билеты в музеи Гарварда для 3 человек включены в стоимость, если вас больше — ~$15 за чел.
  • По желанию программу можно дополнить посещением кампуса Массачусетского технологического института. Продолжительность экскурсии составит 5 часов, стоимость уточняйте в переписке

Экскурсия по Бостону и Гарварду оказалась настоящим удовольствием! Всё прошло легко, без суеты и строгих рамок, как будто мы просто гуляли с человеком, который отлично знает город и умеет рассказывать увлекательно и с душой. Особенно понравилось, что Алена чувствовала наш ритм, не торопила, подстраивалась под наши интересы и даже меняла маршрут, чтобы показать что-то особенное. Благодаря этому прогулка получилась очень живой, атмосферной и запоминающейся. Отдельное спасибо Алене за внимание, тёплое отношение и милый подарок - это сделало наши экскурсии ещё более особенными!

Очень познавательная прогулка по одному из лучших университетов мира! Алёна не только поделилась историей создания этого места, чем жил университет в прошлом и какие вызовы он преодолевает сегодня, но и завела в ‘потайные’ закоулки кампуса и порекомендовала отличное место для ланча🙏🏻

Брали экскурсию у Алены по Гарварду- очень понравилось. Информативно,интересно,без суеты и,в то же время, без нудятины. Мне кажется,Алена прекрасно подстраивается под жизненный ритм заказчиков и поэтому время экскурсии пролетает очень незаметно и интересно Однозначно рекомендую
