«Слойка Свердловская»
Экскурсия начнется в стильном ресторане «Гранд Буфет Екатеринбург». За чашкой душистого чая или ароматного кофе вы попробуете знаменитую слойку, приготовленную по фирменному рецепту советских кулинаров города 1960-х годов. Свежая, румяная, многослойная, с хрустящей корочкой и ванильным ароматом — в этом заведении она вновь стала хитом и символом уральского гостеприимства.

Прогулка по историческому центру

  • После вкусного начала самое время пойти на пешеходную прогулку и подогреть аппетит к следующему гастрономическому пит-стопу.
  • Вы увидите площадь 1905 года. Подниметесь на трибуну к памятнику Ленина. И полюбуетесь декором здания Екатеринбургской Мэрии, построенного в стилистике сталинского ампира, а также Пассажем — центром люксовой торговли города.
  • Я расскажу о богатой и подчас забавной истории нашей главной площади, после чего мы пройдём по проспекту Ленина к знаменитой Плотинке — месту, где 300 лет назад начался путь Екатеринбурга.
  • Вы услышите о первых заводах на Урале. Выясните, кто такие Татищев и Де Генин и как их отличить друг от друга. А также узнаете, где в самом центре города в 19 веке мыли золото.
  • Мы поднимемся на водонапорную башню, увидим дом Севастьянова, один из самых роскошных и необычных дворцов Екатеринбурга, и сравним его с комплексом зданий Уральского Облисполкома, построенного в начале 1930-х годов в стилистике конструктивизма.

Паб The Rosy Jane
Впереди у нас вторая гастрономическая пауза, а также минутка уральского юмора в культовом местном пабе, где вы сможете попробовать фирменный витбир или крафтовое пиво от уральских пивоваров. Вы попробуете угадать альтернативное, народное названии заведения, а также узнаете, посещал ли его Борис Николаевич Ельцин, который работал в этом здании в 1970-е годы.

Продолжаем гулять
Маршрут приведёт нас к Дому связи — ещё одному эффектному зданию в стилистике советского архитектурного авангарда, где вы сможете загадать желание на Нулевом километре, центральной точке на карте города. Ах, если бы можно было поставить больше! Константин и его экскурсия шикарны!!! В милой дружеской беседе мы узнали и исторические факты, и легенды, и познакомились с местным юмором, и продегустировали свердловские специалитеты.. Мы и пели и танцевали, Константин читал стихи нам… Было очень холодно, но мы совсем не заметили этого, три часа пролетели молниеносно. Волшебная экскурсия, благодаря стараниям экскурсовода!! По моему немалому опыту, однозначно стоит своих денег и времени. Прям советую - идите! Нет, бегите!! Пока Константин свободен в ваши даты)))

Отличная экскурсия для первого знакомства с городом! Не только история, но и гастрономическая составляющая. Попробовали свердловскую слойку, сибирский чай, побывали в знаковом баре, отведали настоящую уральскую кухню в одном из лучших ресторанов города. Константин профессионал своего дела, обладает энциклопедическими знаниями и любит свой родной город! Стихи, в исполнении Константина и воспоминания известных людей отлично дополняли экскурсию!

Константин, большое спасибо, что «оживили» для нас достопримечательности и важные исторические события Екатеринбурга. Наша экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании. Помимо большого количества интересной информации, очень понравилась и ее подача: это и архивные фотографии, и коллекция камней, и стихи Маяковского и песня Александра Новикова в исполнении Константина, и прослушивание музыкальной композиции про Екатеринбург, созданной ИИ, на колонке в рок-переходе, и наконец шутки и юмор. Отдельной благодарности заслуживают места гастрономических остановок. Все, что мы попробовали, невероятно вкусно! Константин, видно, что вы любите свой город, и эту любовь передаёте нам. Спасибо за душевную атмосферу и профессиональный подход!

Прекрасная экскурсия, полный восторг! Константин - настоящая находка! прекрасный рассказчик и знаток города. Невероятно интересная и вкусная прогулка по Екатеринбургу, которую оценят все. Узнали и про историю города, посмотрели и попробовали самые ключевые места, получили рекомендации по лучшим кафе и ресторанам - теперь точно придется возвращаться, и не раз! Увлекательная экскурсия с профессиональным гидом. Муж у меня иностранец и Константин провел нам ее полностью на английском языке. Впечатления просто бомбические, огромный обьем исторических фактов и интересных историй, рассказанных очень легко и свободно, я почти все запомнила 😁 Уверены, что обязательно приедем еще не раз в Екатеринбург, у Константина очень много интересных экскурсий, которые мы бы хотели посетить.
