Описание

В колоритном стамбульском ресторане под чутким руководством шефа вы приготовите вкуснейшие блюда дворцовой кухни. Узнаете древние османские рецепты и выясните, какую еду предпочитали есть султаны. А после насладитесь уникальным вкусом созданных вами угощений в роскошном интерьере стамбульского ресторана.

Что вас ожидает

Я провожу вас в ресторан в историческом центре города. Вы расположитесь в кухне-студии, где шеф расскажет о секретах аутентичных османских рецептов. Мастер поможет на всех этапах — и вы приготовите три блюда султанского стола, которые после с удовольствием съедите в шикарном интерьере ресторана.

Примеры блюд
Блюда всегда разные — какие именно из них вы будете готовить, шеф расскажет перед началом мастер-класса.

  • Основное блюдо: фаршированное мясом, рисом и миндалём яблоко или фаршированная дыня
  • Горячее блюдо: гусиный кебаб с мятным соусом или фаршированный мясом и томатами баклажан
  • Закуска: фаршированные виноградные листья с кислой вишней или рулет с мёдом, шестью видами сыра и горошком

  • Вам предоставят всё необходимое для готовки — фартук, перчатки и поварские колпаки, инвентарь и свежие продукты
  • По окончании вы получите сертификат об участии в кулинарном мастер-классе с шеф-поваром
  • По желанию вы можете заказать любые блюда и напитки из меню ресторана. Это оплачивается отдельно.
  • В ресторане есть стилизованная фотозона, где вы по желанию сфотографируетесь в султанских нарядах

Прекрасный мастер-класс! Я давно мечтала попасть на него и чтобы именно гид его вел🙏 так как мама фанат «Великолепного века» она знала все про эти блюда и про этого шеф-повара, я очень хотела сделать ей такой подарок! Еще в Росси нашла Фырата. Он пообещал устроить нашу встречу с шефом! Все прошло замечательно. Несмотря на то,что гид не много опоздал,он молниеносно нашел решение- отправил свою жену (очень милую девушку),которая и стала нашим переводчиком и видеографом!
