Описание

Азия! Она умеет удивлять своими вкусами: пикантным корейским, минималистичным японским, неожиданным китайским. Все, кто говорит «Азиатская кухня — не моё» — мы вам не верим! Специально для скептиков мы запустили гастротрип, за 2 часа которого постараемся вас переубедить. Покажем, объясним и дадим попробовать три невероятные кухни: Южной Кореи, Китая и Японии.

Что вас ожидает

Гастропутешествие с элементами квеста расширит ваши знания об Азии и покажет, что её кухня — это не только лапша и суши! Вы начнёте разбираться в трёх азиатских кухнях — японской, китайской, корейской — и поймёте их принципиальные отличия.

Вместе мы будем:

  • Гулять по центру Москвы, заходить на токпокки и чай в атмосферные забегаловки
  • Пробовать китайские закуски, дегустировать корейский напиток из дорам, восхищаться красотой японских панкейков
  • Играть: отгадывать названия азиатских пельменей, расшифровывать иероглифы и даже решать десертные задачки!

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость входит: 1 алкогольный и 1 безалкогольный напитки, 5 блюд для дегустации, сопровождение двух гидов, участие в игровом квесте с гастрономическим уклоном
  • Если вы не пьёте алкоголь, сообщите нам заранее: мы подберём безалкогольную альтернативу
  • Основное время мы будем находиться в помещении. Переходы между заведениями небольшие, в пределах 1-2 станций метро (10 мин. пешком), однако не забывайте одеваться по погоде.

Это отличный квест, чтобы познакомиться с китайской, японской и корейской кухней! Все заведения находятся в центре Москвы в шаговой доступности, поэтому перемещения по улице минимальны (что особенно важно холодной и снежной зимой). Сами задания квеста очень так или иначе связанны с азиатской культурой, что позволяет ещё больше проникнуться атмосферой. И, конечно, организатор Дарья – очень компетентный «гастроманьяк» и в целом очень дружелюбный человек, умеющий расположить к себе с первых минут общения. В общем, квест однозначно рекомендую для всех любителей Азии!❤️

Огромное спасибо Даше за чудесный вечер! В Азии были и с кухней знакомы, но нас смогли удивить новыми интересными подробностями о еде, тайными необычными местами в Москве. Было легко, смешно и очень вкусно! Отдельное спасибо за понимание и помощь в переносе встречи из-за обстоятельств.

Спасибо большое организаторам, все прошло замечательно, все оказались довольны, получили интересные впечатления и просто чудесно провели время. Экскурсию мы заказывали сильно заранее и без форс-мажоров у нас не обошлось (один из участников серьезно повредил ногу и к моменту экскурсии передвигался на костылях). Организаторы пошли к нам на встречу и подобрали такой маршрут, чтобы у нас не было длительных переходов. Оценили, что в течение всей экскурсии мы "спускались с горочки". Посетили 3 чудесных местечка (ранее там не бывали) окунулись в кухни Китая, Японии и Кореи, попробовали такие закуски на которые ранее не обратили бы внимание, а знакомые десерты открылись с новой стороны. Экскурсия сопровождалась интересными мини-квестами, которые также привнесли свою изюминку. Такой формат нам очень понравился. Будем использовать его дальше. Это и встреча с друзьями, когда можно посидеть в тепле, перекусить и поговорить: обсудить вкус блюда, провести аналогии с чем-то знакомым, поделиться впечатлениями о каком-то собственном гастрономическом ярком опыте. И знакомство с новыми людьми, вкусами, местами. И легкая прогулка. Девчонки молодцы! Постоянно были на связи и оперативно решали все вопросы)))))
