Описание

В этом путешествии я покажу вам два символа французской провинции. Это Королевский монастырь Бру — воплощение любви, искусства и архитектурного совершенства — и Перуж, живой пример средневекового города. Будет и гастрономическая часть, чтобы вы открыли всё лучшее в местной кухне — с её ароматами сливочного теста, жареного цыплёнка и звоном бокалов белого вина.

Встречаемся у вашего отеля или апартаментов и отправляемся на родину знаменитых бресских кур, которые считаются самыми вкусными в мире.

10:30 — Бург-ан-Бресс
Во время обзорной прогулки вы увидите усыпальницы:
— Маргариты Бургундской — матери Филиберта
— самого Филиберта Красивого
— Маргариты Австрийской, дочери императора Максимилиана Габсбурга

Главная жемчужина Бург-ан-Бресса — Королевский монастырь Бру, построенный в начале 16 века Маргаритой Австрийской в память о своём муже, герцоге Савойском Филиберте Красивом. Это место поразит вас и красотой, и историей любви, вдохновившей его создание.

12:00–14:00 — обед
Я отведу вас в один из проверенных ресторанов. Здесь вы сможете попробовать местные специалитеты:
— бресскую курицу
— лягушачьи лапки
— речного карпа
— локальные сыры и десерты

14:00–16:00 — Перуж

Этот населённый пункт входит в список самых красивых деревень Франции. Здесь сохранилась подлинная атмосфера Средневековья:
— дома 15–16 веков, в которых до сих пор живут люди
— мощёные галькой улочки
— полное отсутствие современных вывесок и деталей

После осмотра деревеньки мы попробуем её гастрономическую легенду — перужскую галету, тонкий масляно-сахарный пирог, который подают в самой старой таверне городка. Историю его появления я обязательно расскажу.
