Описание

Приглашаю в насыщенное путешествие по столице Маврикия и северной части острова! Вы погуляете по историческому центру Порт-Луи, увидите знаменитые кувшинки в ботаническом саду, отдохнёте на роскошных пляжах и посетите сахарный завод. Раскроете особенности креольской кухни и по желанию попробуете местные блюда и напитки.

Что вас ожидает

Порт-Луи. В эклектичной столице острова вы увидите тамильский храм, христианские церкви, китайские пагоды и мечети. Посетите колониальный дом 19 века: осмотрите старинные интерьеры, прогуляетесь по великолепному саду к водопаду и отдохнёте на веранде с видом на горную цепь Мокка. По желанию можно также зайти в почтовый музей, где выставлена самая дорогая марка в мире.

Ботанический сад. Невероятно живописное место, где собрана коллекция растений из разных уголков мира. Вы увидите огромные кувшинки Виктория Амазоника, способные выдержать вес пятилетнего ребёнка. А ещё кровавое и сосисочное деревья, эротическую пальму, ароматный иланг-иланг и многое другое.

Сахарный завод-музей. Вы узнаете много интересного о производстве сахара и рома. Раскроете, как и когда собирают тростник, каков процесс очистки сахарного сока, как из неочищенного сахарного сиропа делают биоэтанол и почему тростниковый сахар всё-таки полезен. В финале продегустируете 15 сортов местного сахара и разные виды рома.

Северные пляжи. Вы посетите лучшие северные пляжи: Тру-о-Биш и Мон-Шуази. Здесь прозрачная голубая вода и мягкий чистый песок.

Гастрономические открытия. По пути я предложу вам попробовать разнообразные блюда креольской кухни: самусу, гато-пиман, мин-фрит, гато-аруй и роти с дал-пури. А ещё экзотические фрукты с перцем чили, морской солью и сиропом из тамарина.

Путешествие на остров Маврикий было незабываемым благодаря Даше. Мы вместе путешествовали два дня и посетили и север острова со столицей Порт-Луи , и юг острова. Ее знания и опыт сделали наше пребывание на Маврикий гораздо интереснее и насыщеннее. Даша предлагала оптимальные маршруты, учитывая наши предпочтения и пожелания, рассказала много интересных фактов о культуре, истории и природе острова. Особое удовольствие доставило общение с гидом, доброжелательность. Даже обычные прогулки превращались в увлекательные экскурсии, полные новых открытий и впечатлений.
