Добро пожаловать на экскурсию с ароматом горячего хлеба! Вы попадёте на старейший действующий хлебозавод Великого Новгорода: проследите все этапы хлебопекарного процесса в цехах, потрогаете живое тесто, оцените на вкус и запах свежеиспечённый хлеб. А после поучаствуете в мастер-классе по оформлению пирожных или розыгрыше вкусных гостинцев!

Что вас ожидает

Секреты хлеба: увидеть, услышать, потрогать, попробовать
Для вас откроет двери часть цехов новгородского хлебозавода: вместе с гидом вы пройдёте по всем этапам изготовления хлеба, понаблюдаете за работой тестоводов и хлебопёков, узнаете о работе механизмов. А еще потрогаете тесто и, конечно, попробуете хлеб разных сортов — с пылу с жару!

После экскурсии по производственным цехам вас ждет весёлое (и очень вкусное!) продолжение: хлебозавод проведёт для вас мастер-класс по оформлению пирожных или весёлый розыгрыш свежей продукции — без угощения не уйдёт никто!

А ещё после экскурсии участники получат любопытный подарок в кафе-магазине «Счастье».

Организационные детали

  • Программа рассчитана на участников от 6 лет. Взрослым будет интересно не меньше, чем детям! Одна дегустация продукции чего стоит!
  • Если после бронирования вы решите увеличить количество участников, пожалуйста, заранее сообщите об этом в переписке к заказу. Путешественники, о которых до экскурсии не было информации, не смогут присоединиться к экскурсии.
  • При наличии признаков ОРВИ посещение невозможно

Как проходит экскурсия

  • Ровно за 10 минут до начала вас встретят на вахте хлебозавода: экскурсия опирается на строгий режим работы цехов, поэтому пунктуальность крайне важна
  • Необходимо все 1,5 часа экскурсии строго соблюдать правила безопасности при следовании за гидом хлебзавода. Также всем выдадут спецодежду для посещения цехов.
  • Проход в некоторые цеха находится под открытым небом: в середине экскурсии вас может ждать 2-минутный проход по улице

Обратите внимание

  • На производстве запрещена фото- и видеосъёмка. В помещении, где проходит
    мастер-класс, фото- и видеосъёмка разрешена
  • Оставшаяся часть стоимости экскурсии оплачивается за 10 минут до её начала в кафе-магазине «Счастье» наличными или по карте
  • Один из наших гидов точно покажет в цехе максимум, но завод — работающий организм. В момент экскурсии вы можете стать свидетелями различных остановок и перерывов в производстве хлеба, к этому нужно быть готовыми.

Рекомендуем всем, и с детьми и самим. с удовольствием посмотрели как пекут хлеб. А ароматы - это отдельная тема. Наелись свежих батонов - устоять невозможно. И даже попробовали себя в роли кондитеров)))

Очень познавательная экскурсия, интересная и взрослым и детям. Хорошая организация, которая включает в себя и исторические данные, и технологический процесс, ну и дегустацию с небольшим мастер-классом по украшению корзиночек ( которые остаются у тебя). Ну и теплый хлеб, только из печи- самый не забываемый вкус и аромат. Спасибо всем Натальям за возможность увидеть все своими глазами!

Вы увидите своими глазами производство и людей, которые своими руками готовят для нас чудо - хлеб. Попробуете результат труда. Очень подходит экскурсия для школьников и организованных групп. Экскурсовод очень энергична и активна. Удобно доехать от Кремля до хлебозавода на такси - в ноябре 2025 всего за 159 рублей.

Отличная экскурсия. Нас было трое взрослых и четверо детей ( от 7 до 9 лет). В восторге все: и дети, и взрослые. Экскурсия познавательная, доступная для детей. После экскурсии мастер-класс - украшали корзиночки кремом. Полный восторг! Очень советую всем!
